westernized societies have to stop being so selfish and start thinking of having families again.

selfish to whom ?. to eastern european ex soviet blocks like polan. Where do you think you get all the money to build all our new roads and urban developments. Polands economy has boomed ONLY because of western europes foreign investment. britain has foolishly let nearly 2 million unskilled poles into our country.

what has polan contributed .............. NOTHING. You are the ones that are selfish.

The 2 million figure is bloated. And most are going back because England's all hype.

Modern, westernized societies have to stop being so selfish and start thinking of having families again.

Hmm...only logical on the first thought.

Tell me how many people can the world sustain? There are already how many Billions living on the Earth? The rich people having a kind of "breeding contest" with the poorer ones???

Nope...that's the totally wrong way. That's a battle we can't win and only the others are going to win and thinking about the future of the Earth it's a no-brainer.

Nothing speaks agains downsizing populations...Quality instead of Quantity.
But our governments don't react accordingly yet. That has to change!

England's all hype.

Meaning what precisely? The streets aren't paved with gold?!

I don't think anywhere isn't hype. Just as a foreigner from a rich nation might be satisfied with the prices in a poorer nation, they're gonna gripe at the infrastructure, services and poverty. There are no ideal places to live.

But signing up to the EU will increase Polish prosperity, it may just take a while to do so. Look at places like Ireland, Greece and Spain. Hell look at the UK.

Having said that, joining the EU shouldn't just be seen as some sort of cash cow to milk and then once you've had enough of that complain about the numbers of foreigners that come to live and work in your country. Like most things in life, it's about give and take, and it's rather a naive sentiment to think you can just take the good bits and ignore the bad bits.

Who cares that arabs, blacks or jews settled in Poland, that's obviously no threat to Polish culture, since most of these immigrants will simply move into the lower or middles class, with only very few making it into the upper class, they'll just move to certain neighborhoods and carry on with their lives.

But what about the rampant commercialism that's taking over the world? isn't that more of a threat to an individual Polish culture or any country's homegrown culture/lifestyles? Marketers and advertising agencies flooding the streets, tv's, radios, magazines etc turning everyone into just another capitalist consumer? Everyone wearing American or big European clothing brands, listening to mainstream commercial American and European music, and adopting the lifestyles that come with both, at the expense of Polish fashion, music, art etc..

This is clearly the problem here.

The type of response to expect from a minority. "Ohh we'll just live here, maybe there, keep to ourselves etc". Wrong-The darker skin people of the earth only bring down the lighter skinned people with their ways of life. If god didint put you their, then maybe there was a reason for it...

The day you open the gates for Asians and Africans is the day Poland will go down the pan. Expect a rise in crime, drugs, guns, knives and rape. Stick to EU/US/Australian migrants only.

i would agree with that in the main, although, i think a better idea would be to have a criteria for entering the country in the first place. Base it on the idea that Australia has, take in people who are going to benefit the UK, i've mentioned it before on the forums and to be honest i don't see what is wrong with that idea.

If you take in all the immigrants who have good qualifications, wanting to be educated etc etc, then it takes out those who are going to harm the country. The same Poland could start by using a system like that and learn from the mistakes of the UK.

Look at those ugly bastards. Why do they have to wear their trousers down to their ankles? It's not cool. The one on the left has a boner.

In Germany even our Multi-Kulti Lefties can't ignore cultural problems any longer.
"Multi-Kulti" and "Gutmenschen" became cuss-and swear words!

It just doesn't work...

Poland should take care not to hand out citizenship like pralines as Germany did and still does.
Let them in for work, let them earn their money and save and build for a better life, let
them be an asset to Poland, but not more...then...when they don't behave, won't integrate...OUT with them!

(We still have to coddle them since they waggle their german passports whenever the gov wants to do something....ack)

Why do they have to wear their trousers down to their ankles?

Why? Because it imitates prison culture. In American prisons pants often don't fit right and hang of their as.ses.

Franek is right.. you don't want it to happen to you. It's as if stupidity had it's own church.

Why do they have to wear their trousers down to their ankles?

Maybe to show they can afford shorts as well.

You think they BOUGHT them? O.O Don't be silly! They'd have nicked them off somebody's washing line, same with the jeans hence the size.

Maybe the photographer is a polish girl.

pretty much when the free state was changed to republic of ireland..some members moved across to the north of ireland to help the IRA who was based in the 6 counties. Most activitives took place in south armagh,..also known as bandit country. this was the IRA strong hold. the provos where in a league of there own compared to any of the rest.

Pzykro mi, but I must answer this statement in what the poster should, as an Irishman, understand as his native language:

Ní raibh na Provos i sráith dá gcuid féin i nÉirinn. An bhfuil tú ag rá go bhfuil lorg na fola le moladh? Más mar sin é, amadán amach is ea tusa.

Is fíor gur tharla mórán rudaí i nDeisceart Ard Mhacha ach nach raibh na Sealadaigh gnóthach i mBéal Feirste agus i Londonderry fosta? (Sea, dúirt mé Londonderry!)

Sílim go bhfuil dallóg ort, a chara bhig. Cinnte, bhí lucht an IRA (an SEÁN IRA) gníomhach i gCorcaigh ach cá mhéad acu a bhog ó thuaidh mar gheall ar na Trioblóidí.

Sa deireadh thiar an bhfuil blas na fola níos tábhachtaí ná beatha duine? Tá súil agam nach bhfuil tú ag tabhairt ómóis dóibh siúd a bhí sona fáil réidh le duine chun cuspóir gan fiúntas a bhaint amach!

For the benefit of English and Polish speakers I guess I'm saying that our Irish experience is of no relevance whatsoever.

Yes, we benefited from the EU in a big way but budgets, borders and priorities have changed.

There's no way that Poland will enjoy the same level of investment that we enjoyed, given that more countries are now part of a financially-limited equation.

So, Miranda, don't worry about Ireland or what happened here. Given our history, we are not a good example to follow.

Hilarious Franek! A picture is indeed worth a thousand words. Please, Poland, PLEASE don't make the MISTAKE Western Europe and America have made. Keep useless immigrants out of your country if you want a future for yourself and your children.

Illegal Haitian Immigrants heading for the US. If our Coast Guard intercepts them at sea, they are towed back.
If in fact they can get close enough to swim to shore, then they are allowed to stay.. Crazy law.

Cuban Immigrants rafting to the US with own transportation.. LOL!
Another crazy American law..Cubans when rescued, are allowed to remain in the US, because they are political refuges..
The Haitians are returned because they are economic refuges.

Then there are the Mexicans.. HAH! Do you guy;s think that you have trouble?? Try living here.

Then there the Asians crossing in cargo containers. The Chinese, Vietnamese, ETC

the governments of countries generally kow tow to big business and it's in big business' interests to have workers without rights. illegal immigrants best fill this role.

keep in mind that globally, the middle class is shrinking with those living at or below the poverty line (by country) is increasing.

sometimes i wonder if national parties are such a bad thing. sure they're corrupt but at least it's not with the sophistication that popular parties are.

Mexican Military Holds US Border Guard at Gunpoint... In Arizona

gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/

The Mexican military detained a US Border Guard on Sunday... In the US. Local 2544 of the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) said on its Web page. "They are never held accountable, and the United States government will undoubtedly brush this off as another case of 'Oh well, they didn't know they were in the United States.' The Tucson Sector Border Patrol agent was held at gunpoint by the Mexican military on Sunday night south of Ajo. (2544) Members of the Mexican military crossed into Arizona on Sunday night and held a US Border Guard

Are these immigrants in your Nations really that big of a concern or is this rather sensationalized rhetoric?
Gary Busey  - | 51
9 Aug 2008 /  #60
They are a big concern, Przemas. It is not just "rhetoric" as the Communists at the BBC or CNN would like to present.

Third World immigration costs us all in terms of crime, health care, education, etc. We have to pay for it, and suffer the loss of our quiet and pleasant nations.
