You shouldn't hurt yourself with the idea that she may come back. She left you, which means she has made up her mind already.

If she left then she had reasons to leave and most likely won't come back, things like that just don't happen. Unless you do something extremely romantic to get her back, but i wouldn't be surprised if she moved on already so best leave it there and try to move on. It hurts especially that she's the first person you ever loved but it gets easier with time, trust me. No point waiting on something that was never meant to be.
