My girlfriend cut of our relationship - why me?

I can't believe this happened to me but i'm totally broken down. I've been going out with this Polish girl in her mid-20's for about a year now and i'm also in my mid- 20's living in NYC. Basically, this girl just cut of our relationship because she loved me too much and didn't feel right with me. I agree that due to my career( investment banking), i spend most of my nights and days in the office and i don't get the chance to spend quality time with her but i've tried a lot. Thanks to my job, my ex lived the life of a model. She never had to work and made frequent trips around the world. I don't know what to do now. Does anyone know how i can get this girl back? Her excuse for leaving me was that she felt there are better people out there for me and she doesn't deserve me. Granted, i heard she cheated on me a few times but i didn't care because i really loved her and wanted to be with her for a long time to come.

Can someone advise what i should do? Move on?

Takes two to make or break a relationship as far as i am concerned. If you take your partner for granted and/or have little time for them. Then it's pretty obvious they will look for other company.

Life isn't all about making lots of money and giving 'women' money to spend on themselves. Doesn't that kinda attract superficial types of people? If you get someone who genuinely cares for you, then unless you make the effort to spend time with them in the ways two people who care for each other do. It is inevitable you will eventually break up.

For what? It isnt finish of ur life. Go and find another girl. Better one :P

you said it right there mate, i think you know what the answer was, you don't need telling by us what to do. its the only choice, she has moved on by ending it and not contacting you etc, i think its best you do the same. Don't get stuck on the same record, move on and get on with your life :)
