I am against media promoting multiculturalism. But facts about news, that cannot be disbuted are fine. This Lebanon issue is a matter of history. there is a difference between being hateful/racist/agressive and just plain simple reasonable person in their 20s. I know many and I have never heard them talking about other nationalities the way you do. One of my family members expressed some racism and I told her that she was talking out of her as#(her mother chuckled - poor soul has to deal with such a nasty daughter) since I don't like to have my family dinner ruined by some drivel she have heard from her friends. Mind you, she has good life in Canada because her grandma worked hard and thanks to her, she can have a good life.
