tell me all about carnival in Poland

A few people in the office are mentioning carnival in Poland. This is in January, right? But is it the same as Mardi Gras, which is usually a bit later... like February or even March depending on when Easter is. Tell me more, please :)

carnival- time from three kings what is on january 6 till ash wednesday (first day of Lent)..it's time for fan, masked balls,dress party

January is a dead month in the UK, and everyone's a bit partied out after Xmas and New Year.

well..masked balls are not so popular anymore but there is a lot going on during January and February

Interesting... I've been to Poland lots of times, and have done business there for a couple of years, yet this is the first that I've heard about it :)

i don't think there are any particular websites..but every club prepares some carnival party or ball
