Hi,
Does anyone know the polish laws to playing loud music from your property?
Now, it takes a lot for me to ask such a question given that I used to run drum & bass events internationally for a period of time and I myself have been guilty of playing music so loud the inevitable knock at the door came from the police however I have a neighbour who never stops playing music loud. Obviously, the lazy waster doesn't have a job as the music is played loudly all day every day from about 10am til 8/9/10pm. For a while it didnt bother me as per the reasons given above but now it's starting to **** me off. I had a word with him and subsequently when it continued I left a note on his door just the other day, now this morning this f*ckwit has the audacity to play the music even louder. I'm ready for war, and would be quite willing to give him a crack on the jaw but don't want the bother of an assault charge so my question is, is there anything I can do to get him to turn the tunes down by way of the law?
Cheers
