Who needs the NFL if you can have real football (aka soccer) ... ? ;-)

You are in Gliwice, right? There is an NFL team here called the Gliwice Lions. The Silesian Miners of Katowice are Polish champions, having won the major tourney just 2 weeks ago. Both are coached by Americans. They have just changed Barry Sanders (Detriot Lions) with Paweł Nowak, that's all ;)

Maybe you should try out!?

There are some clips but I don't know about programs. I could ask as 3 of my American friends are coaches (1 assistant). They'd know.

I miss my NFL

You're missing a good season brother. The freakin' New Orleans Saints are the best team right now, Ha.. who would have thought that? It's getting better every week.

I miss the NFL as well (and baseball too!) I'm pretty bored by soccer, but handball can be pretty interesting. I'm sure the Super Bowl will be broadcast on SOME channel.

By the way, make sure you conjugate the verb "to be" correctly. (i.e. Are there NFL programs in Poland.)

Yeah, Vikings and Green Bay-gonna be great. I just got sopcast and maybe I can see it. If not, I'll be content to watch Formula1.

The Chargers are going to be playing in the post season and I think they'll surprise a lot of people, including me.

No way in hell.. Broncos will win that division and that hillbilly Rivers isn't going to get them into a wildcard spot. Not this year. It's probably : Indy, Den, Pitt, New Eng: Cincy and the Jets in the wildcard.

Packers playing against Farve this Sunday.

You still like Farve? I thought a lot of Wisconsin people hated him now. I kind of lost respect for him doing that. He's playing okay now but he'll be out of gas come playoffs is my guess. He looked good early with the Jets and then tapered off really bad.

Yeah we trade them Orton and take Cutler????

I think the Bears should of kept him

Pack lost, that was great:) Im glad Farve is playing well but he might be out with an hip injury?

Ya alot of Cheeseheads jumped ship, some loyal fans they have....lol

Go Bears!!!!!!!!

Hmm.. don't know about that. Orton is decent, however give Cutler time and a few wideouts he might be a HOF'er, eventually. Cutler doesn't really have a decent line either. That Knox kid was a good pickup though.

Chitown beat the Steelers which means they're at least decent and might get into a wildcard spot.

Well, on one hand, the NFL is fast-paced, exciting, and entertaining; on the other, soccer is pretty much like watching old people bang (there's technically action, but not really.)

We have a sling box that we hook up to our house back in the USA and it's been a life saver for us! We watched Packers/Vikings last night, well until half time.

I had NASN channel from my cable operator. There was american football there.

Ya thats such a girly sport, Im glad it has never taken off in America:)

Watch Strong Man contest, if you like dumb "mens" sports. Or arm wrestling. Umm what muscles. :/:/:/. Tell me that you like Nascar too, LOL. Football is number one sport in the world, with biggest money in it.

sledz has a point. Soccer players don't use their hands 'cause they might break a nail.

Just you wait. There's so many kids playing soccer right now...waaaay more than playing football. By the time the kids playing now get to be in their twenties they are going to be way more interested in soccer than football. Soccer is going to become very popular in America very quickly so get ready. NFL is on the way out...

I heard that constantly in the 80's. Soccer is boring with little and often no scoring. ZZzzzzz. Their players get tripped and roll around for 10 minutes in writhing pain. At least in hockey there's some nice body checks, good fights and so forth.

More kids play soccer now than in the 80s. It's like, everyone is playing soccer and barely any are playing football. High School soccer games are just as popular as football ones.

It's because am. football (it sould be called hand egg, not football) is only for bullys. We have rugby for those. In football (soccer) technique and good fitness is required, rather than pure strength. But I agree that there is too little goals in many games. I would recommend, to take one player off the field from each team.

You sure about that? Not in the South or Midwest, Pennsylvannia? Hello. My own California has provided the NFL with some it's most notable stars. Tom Brady for instance.

The US World Cup team this year is actually decent.. they even beat Spain in a friendly not too long ago. Hardly anyone here even cared about it.

American football is more interesting. There's a million different plays and scenarios, gadget plays etc. Plus there's cheerleaders. Europeans can't even do that right!

Once they get into H.S. they start playing real Football.

We dont have any H.S. teams where I live, its all private leagues for little kids.

Ive noticed the Mexicans have taken over the park and turned it into a soccer field..wtf??

there's cheerleaders. Europeans can't even do that right!

We need the Honeybears back

Since we dont have an offensive line, that would be much more pleasurable to watch:)

GO BEARS!!!

That was years ago. Now they play Soccer. Football is losing popularity, more so every year. NFL better do something or it could go out of business.

Lol, I think they're in heaven with Halas. You guys better win this week.. it's not Cleveland.

NFL better do something or it could go out of business.

Kid, you're smart sometimes.. but when you're dumb, you're interplanetary dumb. NFL is the biggest money maker bar none. Super Bowl is broadcast all over the world. The limeys even want a team.. so does Mexico.

They have to win pretty much every game with Minn and GB in our division

The limeys even want a team

Well they could save money on mouthpieces right off the bat...lol

so does Mexico

Superbowl in Mexico, that would be a party

That was years ago. Now they play Soccer. Football is losing popularity

Maybe in Californy but not the rest of the country:)

Soccer is dying out if anything.

Want a team? What, are you dumb? We have the Scottish Claymores. The English team recently thrashed the newly-crowned Polish champions (coached by my American buddy), the Silesia Miners 42-2.

ifaf.info/articles/view/261/Lw==

The Bears, sledz? Some top players throughout their history. My favourite has to be Walter Payton. The Fridge was funny. He had a boxing match with Bob Sapp and got pasted. Mike Ditka, wow, what a firebrand. That guy would put the fire back into Rhine Fire (German team).

You need to go sit on a claymore. Look NFL = America.. so kindly **** off! Nobody cares about some junior college clowns who couldn't make it here. Scottish Claymore, hahaa.. wtf!
