If someone advertises that they need say "a baker" and then turn away five master bakers in favour of a Polish baker (because he/she will work for less) then they have falsely advertised that position. Nothing to do with marketing.
- But has the described situation actually happened? If yes, then can you give specific details?
Phoned up an agency the other month, the phone was answered in Polish. At the time it was funny, the lass had been chatting to someone in the office and "forgot" to switch back to english. We had a bit of a laugh and Id tried a bit of Polish myself, which was a help as her english was pretty basic to say the least. Anyway,at the time it was funny, looking back it cant help the people who genuinly belive "their" jobs are going to Poles if evnt the receptionists at local job agencies are Poles with a tendency to forget which country they are in.
- Well, do you mean things like this are commonplace? Aren't you generalising on the grounds of just one - pretty innocent, actually - experience? By the way, I just can't believe that the agency (what agency is that?) Polish 'lass's' English was 'pretty basic to say the least.' Aren't you exaggerating a bit, just for a better effect?
I grow tired of trying to make pple see what's really happening to this country.
- And I'm tired of pointing to types like you that they live in a delusional world. By the way, in the real world the hated Poles are more and more frequently leaving Britain. The media hate propaganda has worked. So rejoice, bigot. Soon their place shall be taken by the Chinese and similar good guys. And you shall keep your yap shut, out of fear, and won't dare slam them as you slam the Poles.
That's EU for you, Polish folks. Let's get the hell out of there, and fast.
