How much do you HATE POLISH PEOPLE and POLAND

I was just asking a question thats all, obviously you yourself have several problems relating to people no matter what their nationality.

Thought maybe I could get an insight into Polish "ways" obviously not so you can all get back to Brit slagging which you seem to enjoy, and they call the British xenophobic.

The problem that started to annoy me a few months ago and unfortunately something that still annoys me is that when I am having a chat with a Polish person if another Polish person comes along they just start chatting away to the person I was talking to and that person just ignores me and starts chatting with their fellow Pole,

It does happen. But it can just as well happen anywhere.

It might be that what is being said is actually very important, more important than what was being said.

maybe the fellow Pole had something more interesting to say? i am Polish and work with a few other Poles, and we tend not to distract other peoples conversations unless they are finished or we wanna join in. I always apologise and ask the other person to finish what they were saying if somebody else, Polish or English, wants a word with me. Its rude to start chatting away in your native language like that when you know the other person cant understand. English people tend to ignore what Poles say too if another English person comes along. We have a Thai lady at work and none of the English listen to her for longer than 1 minute. I think your issues are more good-manners related, obviously you came across some rude Poliah people. Or as Daisy said, you are just one of those boring people who cant shut up about their family, housework or neighbours...

as we (the Romanians) are migrants too and are in the same boat as Poles.

They try to be at the same boat but they often fail.

Yes those topics would be boring for sure. We chat about about music, movies stuff like that and exchange gossip, she tells me what the Polish are saying and I tell her what the Brits are babbling about. I really enjoy chatting and there are occassions when possible pant wetting laughter errupts. It's just I get really pissed off when people interupt and don't apologise, but maybe she has manners that are not that polite.

Several Brits at work are always asking why I laugh with her when she looks a right stuck up cow to them I say that if they got to know her they would realise that she is very funny but as if sadly often the case they decline and go back to talking with Brits only.

I only posted as I was wondering if this was "normal" behaviour, I realise that every nation has it's quota of rude people but it was bugging me as I chat to more Polish in my department than other Brits and enjoy those chats but seem to be ignored when another Pole enters the area yet I don't do that to them when other Brits walk in.

ahhh so its a she i see ha ha. maybe your fellow british coworkers are right. i absolutely hate people who only talk to you when they feel like it, and they dump you out of the blue because somebody else comes along. you get left with this embarassing feeling whether there was something wrong you said or you bored them etc. my advice is to stay away from this girl for a while and see if she tries to make contact with you. if she wont - let it go. i know you want to be nice and make friends, but some people are idiots and the fact that they have a cute little face, a gorgeous pair of pins and a sexy accent doesnt give them the right to treat you like sh*t. And most importantly - do not assume all Polish people are like that. Good luck.

the polish are generally rude, obnoious people. Even when britain saved them from being killed gassed by the nazis and this is the thanks you get. Just do what I do and ignore them and if no ones around bully them.

I think I was the first person in my place of work to really get to know the Polish agency workers. Other than the fact I had learnt to count to ten and could order a beer or a coffee, they were the reason I started trying to learn Polish. They seemed to be a more interesting mix of people than many of my colleagues (not that they're all boring - it's just that life can be so much more interesting if you reach out to those different to yourself).

i believe in world without borders

Stop walking across that flowerbed. That herbaceous border wasn't designed for trampling.
Otherwise: yes.

Oh look it's the dirty troll.

Tut tut, there soon will be more Poles than Brits in your workplace so trying to bully them is a BIG mistake. They might skopać ci dupe.

He's right in a way - there is a certain "laddish" culture among a certain age group of women in the UK - say teens and women in their twenties...

and ythere will be no more poles coming to infest britain after the next election

Unfortunately you'll still be here though.

If there are no Polish people then what will you do in your jobless free time then? Or when you've had a drink? You won't have anyone to spout vile rubbish about.

Sure, we like to go out and have a good time rather than sit on the sidelines... we also do it in lipgloss and heels.

And for some percentage - get drunk out their faces, fight like guys - real nice! Lipgloss and heels don't make a person feminine, the person does.

No Polish women that I know did this. So where did you get that troll-ish fact please?
