I would like to travel to Poland but since I am buddhist I dont know if there is a chance polish people will mistreat me because of that since most polish people are catholic, are they tolerant to other religions?

You're Mexican, aren't you? Do Mexican people, who are mostly Catholic, 'mistreat' Buddhists? And do Catholics, as a rule, mistreat Buddhists? Can you give any examples of that alleged mistreatment? Aren't you a bit prejudiced against Catholics? - To answer your question: Buddhism is alive and well in Poland, especially Zen and Tibetan Buddhism. There are numerous centres and devoted practitioners. I remember the late Zen Master Soen-sa praising Zen in Poland as the strongest in the world, or something of this sort. Enjoy visiting Poland.

I heard three budhists were attacked by a mob and crucified last week, somewhere near Zakopane
