Staffing agency in Wroclaw

Dear Polish forumers,

We are thinking to set up an Staffing agency in Poland, for people that want to work in the Netherlands,

I'm lucky to find this forum with a lot of information about Poland in English :)

We are looking for an office and apartment to rent in Wroclaw, anybody that have ideas about available INTERNET site's with offices I already found a topic in this forum with apartments. but no offices yet.

Is Wroclaw a fine city to start an Staffing agency or should we go to another city like Warsaw?

And if we come to Poland to set up the agency will it take a lot of time to have the papers done or is that just like her in the Netherlands in a few hours?

If you want access to young people [students] there are 100,000+ in Wroclaw.

In the age of the internet, does it really matter where you set up shop.

well it does matter if you set up the agency (starting fase,new,small) in a city where you will find less job seakers.

Warsaw is city with more then 1.6 miljon and Wroclaw have 600 thousend people, so this is a very importent to start in a city where your agency will make a good name in the first year. so what do you think is Wroclaw a good city to start ?

also is it for us very importent in the begin to talk to people and to have personal contact with those that are looking for jobs, We know that the internet will bring you all the world but we think the personal contact with the people will help us in the first years to make a good start. we could pay a site in diferent langouges and stay in Holland but will that give us the right start ? I don't think so.

I don't think so either... well, Warsaw is bigger than Wroclaw, but I'm affraid that setting up business there is a bit more expensive. I mean renting office, higher salaries for workers and so on. You should also consider running agency in smaller cities, because in big ones is much easier to find a job...

exactly!! and that's way I'm asking if we made a good choice to start an staffing agency office in Wroclaw.

Wat about the paperwork will that take time or is that in one day ready, we are thinking to visite Poland next week.
