Making proper sausages (ex-pat expers in Poland)?

Poland is world leader in sausages but i still recommend that Poles try Lincolnshire sausages. They are so tasty

All sausage is tasty - trying every countries' version is half the fun, then coming back to the Kielbasa...and doing it again!
