she should state that she is inviting you to Krakow for a visit (how long) to stay at her place. She should mention that you are coming to visit Poland, especially Krakow, which is a great city to visit and has always been an interest to you bla, bla.......

Maybe that the food and accomodation is provided by her.
OH, you have been friends (for how long) and she wanted to show you Krakow and Poland (maybe she should mention other places to visit) etc

She needs to be honest in this invitation.

tell her to write your passport number, name, country and give good reason to why you must come to meet her :)

The family are all looking forward to meeting you.

I'd love to show you all those beautiful places you talked about in your letters/e-mails.

if u will be invited by a polish citizen for the first time, it has to be official. She/He will go to the governorship of his/her city and will apply for the invitation there. They will need your passport's serial number, your adress, date of birth....İf same person will invite u again after the first visit then the she can prepare the invitation letter on her own, she doesnt need to go to the office again. As I know with invitation u can stay in Poland up to 3 months.
