Well, they do chuckle to themselves after they say it...

ruchać, an old word, is also ruszać and means to move or movement.

old word dude.. i bet you could still hear it in the SE of PL out in the styx used in that way.. ruchaj, ruchaj.. as in move, move or go on...

Ruhanna: from the Bible in the book of Hosea meaning "The one I love". GOD was speaking to Hosea, telling Hosea to rename his children to "Ammi" and "Ruhanna".
