if u want to do know polish well, will u need to recieve sum sorta education in it?

No, my grandmother speaks fluently French but has never studied it (even though she was born in France lol). You don't have to have any special education to speak Polish, BUT if you want to learn to write/spell it you surely have to have some sort of education.

I have been having lessons for a few months and currently learning from an 8 year olds school book and still find it hard...Polish is hard..

well i think u can speak a language fluently but that may not mean u speak it well. any native speaker would be fluent right? but what if he or she never went to school? that person maybe a native speaker who speak bad(w/e language) and plus knowledge might be a bit but basic only right?

Correct, the composition alone of Polish sentenses is difficult adding to that the different sounds of letters and the complexity of the femainine, masuline and nutral - then there are the numbers which are also f,m,n - my lessons have been quite indepth so learning has been gradual and very difficult..
