Love / Are all Polish women the same..... [81]

I know a few Polish women and they all seem to be slightly crazy....they never know what they want out of life...one minute they want to do this and the next minute they want to do the exact opposite....they all seem to think that they should tell the men in there lifes what to do...are all Polish men ruled by there women? And can Polish women never make up there minds?

Life / Polish people start families at early age-how true is this? [20]

I know a few Polish couple and they all started there families when they were in there teens or early 20's. But one female I know who was 27, her parents were scared she was not going to have any childern as it was normal for people to have childern at a young age. I might also had that some of the people I know who had childern at a young age are now divorced or seperated and single parents..

What is the divorce rate in Poland?

The reason I am curious is that I work with a lot of Polish people and most if not all of them seem to have been divorced...and I thought that with Poland being a Catholic country and the way Polish people are family orintated divorce would be less likely than in the UK for example....

Also is it normal for people in Poland to marry at a young age?

I have just read in the news paper that the police have taken at least 1 person into custody to help with there investigation. This is a Polish man who work in the same factory as her.

Life / Angina, Polish resources needed [27]

Hi,

I have a Polish friend who has just been diagnosed with angina, she is very worried about this condition and does not feel that her Scottish doctor is giving her good information. So I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find any information on the WWW about angina and the treatments of angina written in Polish.

Life / Is plastic surgery a large part of Polish culture? [35]

I am not sure about plastic surgery in Poland but I do know a few women in Poland that have had lazer eye treatment and have had braces put on there teeth to improve there looks. These are women in there 30's..

So I see, it seems that it is ok for Polish men to get divorced and re-marry, but it is different for the women in Poland.

I don't want to sound stupid, but do Polish men have a problem with divorced Polish women with childern ?. The reason I am asking is that I have met a few Polish women in this situation who seen very nice people but they say that they cannot find a partner.
