Life / Polish dentists - good and cheap? [84]

does anyone recommend getting dentist work done in the Uk prior to coming for any good reason

im living in krakow, go to my dentists regularly, its pretty cheap, most dentists here will give you free consoltation before doing any treatment. then you can talk it through with them and decide what you want done first.

i highly recommend the private health care system here. ive had no hassle what so ever:D

Life / Polish dentists - good and cheap? [84]

the nurse said to the doctor performing the operation 'do you not think that you have forgotten to give the patient a sedative against the pain as he is eating the pillow to stop the pain!!'

i think you munch the pillow alot

plus, before the op, they would have been able to tell if the sedative worked

It was in a dreadful place. I remember driving there in my car.

what michal, i thought you would have been taken on horse and cart!!! then beaten when you got of!!!

UK, Ireland / If I was to move to Poland from Ireland... [92]

Same happens on the streets of Poland too, especially as Communism has fallen. Somehow, Communism did at least keep the Poles in line and gave them some sort of discipline with an aim to work to.

unlike what your parents done with you right? muppet

Life / Living in Poland without working? - Your opinion [63]

Sorry man but after 4 yrs in Poland I wouldn't recommend to invest any money over here.

i totally disagree, there is alot of money to be made in poland, you just need to know where to find it.

you need to bring whole lots of cash or you'll be broke sooner than expected.

i came here with nothing, and live the good old life now.
