It does help because it helps the blade of my tongue touch the alveolar ridge when pronouncing them. Sz and cz are postveolar while ś and ć are alveo-palatal

This is what my friend Kasia was told who is now in Poland. She lives in Canada but she's Polish and can't roll her r's, she was told she should see a speech therapist haha. I don't doubt that this is true because my friend is a linguistics major.

Genealogy / Croats (Serbians) are Polish origin? [53]
Slovak and Czech are definitely more similar to Polish than to Serbian and Croatian but somehow I seem to understand Croatian a lot better because of Polish knowledge than I do the former two.

I just learned the pronounciation, starting building vocabulary by translating Polish songs, studied the grammar intensively(still am), read a lot of books, travelled to Poland, and now am in an upper year Polish class

Usually swój is used with context..
Czy powiedziałem Ci że mam swój własny dom?
Did I tell you I have my own house?
Since there's 'mam' and 'swój' there it indicates 'swój' is referring to the first person
Dlaczego nie powiedziałaś mi że masz swój własny dom?
Why didn't you tell m you have you're own house?

Work / New English 'teacher' in Poland (I have no qualifications). [119]
While I agree ESL students get better English grammar training, I still say this may be sufficient to be competant enough to teach ESL. The school system where I live is actually really good when it comes to English, we learned pretty much everything but I don't live in Britain. Plus I don't feel like a native English speaker needs to know enough grammar as an ESL student because some things can be easily explained just by being a native speaker.
The traditional grammar model for English is terrible and wrong (since it's based on Latin) and can't be operationalized but for various reasons schools can't use anything else. The last I knew British schools had mostly dropped any mention of grammar for students.

We all went to school and took English(people from English speaking countries) for several years, learning grammar, spelling, writing, poetry, literary works, I think it may be enough to teach English if you understand what was taught in school.
you can advertise for giving conversation sessions, but not english lessons.

Go to your control panel and keyboard settings, there should be a language option, select Polish and then whenever you type accent select alt+a(at the same time) and you get 'ą'
Is there a way to convert your keyboard ( azerty) to a polish one?

I would recommend always using Polish accents because some words are spelled without accents and can mean something different(chcę<I want>, chce<he/she/it wants>)
I don't think learning basic phrases will be that hard or take that long but I would recommend looking at the Polish alphabet/pronounciation and diphthongs first.

będę is future(meaning I will or I will be), if you want to make the past of the verb być for masculine first person then take the stem of the verb(in this case by-) and add łem, byłem. Just so you know though być and mieć are irregular...It won't always work like this for example jeść is jadłem, and móc is mogłem etc.
Also, there's 3 different ways to form the future tense, ex. with the verb kochać(to love)
będę kochać, będę kochał, and pokocham all mean I will love
