benefits, but in rural areas they provide necessary labour, live on site; therefore not

Such as... ? maybe you are talking inner city. what is so bad about people working in foreign countries? You simply cannot ignore the financial contribution some Polish make, surely you are stereotyping?

Love / Ok new game plan....my polish experience take 2 [42]

What you need to do is stop thinking in terms of "Polish" "Romanian" "American" relationship & just think outside the box for a minute or 2. Just think of it as a relationship.. People from around the globe aren't that different when it comes to romance or love.

Too right! Nationality, colour, who cares. The person inside is what matters. Yes language can be a problem sometimes. But we all know the language of love has no barriers!!!!!

I live in a rural area, we have a lot of Polish people working on the land. When I do my shopping at the local supermarket there are lots of Poles spending their money. This indicates that they are contributing to the economy, the supermarkets make money , pay for their staff, purchase goods from suppliers, keeping english people in work!!

Maybe some poles are taking benefits, but in rural areas they provide necessary labour, live on site; therefore not taking up housing. The purchasing power of the Polish should not be ignored. It seems that these rural workers put in more than they take out. As to whether they settle in the area or are just seasonal workers, I do not know. Maybe I will ask next time I bump into a Polish person.

News / Darwins theory of Evolution in Polish schools [59]

TV show Teletubbies because they think its promoting homosexuality (Tinky Winky issue).

you have got to be joking!!!! This is a children's program in England, watched by mums & toddlers. I am seriously worried for you guys if your government seems to think this appropriate. What planet are they on???

Can't we have religious morality and teaching of evolution? I think most sane people know that the Great Flood didn't happen and that their a lot of holes in the Bible. It's not a literal interpretation, it's only used to reinforce moral structure.

I agree, the bible & evolution go hand in hand. They parallel each other if you think about it you can realte a lot of the bible to the evolution theory. At the end of the day the bible is only handed down stories ( excuse the blasphemy)
