actually they have not been playing by the rules and a lot of them will eventually go to jail. or get hung. Had they played by the rules, this current mess would not exist. The only thing keeping them going at this point are the numerous bribes and promises they have bought the compliance of others with.

Which gets you and me back to a discussion of corruption doesn't it? If socialism could cure corrupt men and women the whole world would have been socialist a long time ago. Actually, many people blame the jewish bankers. historically, the jewish pattern is to rob countries through usury and the banks they set up.

They did it in Germany prior to WWI most recently.. seems they are still doing it. They've been doing it to england forever... England was smart and actually kicked them out for awhile, unfortunately.. England eased up...

Hard not to notice what happens to a country whenever a lot of jews get involved in the financial sector.

I saw a video at youtube that told about how they moved the native population of Lithuania out of the area and then gave their homes to the soviet government people. There were photos etc. So, that was only about Lithuania, probably happened elsewhere too. I know they did ship a lot of the "unwanteds" (teachers, polish officials) of Poland to places like Siberia, Kazakhstan etc. Then placed their own people into those positions too.

I had never heard of it either.. but I have driven through there numerous times and south west VA, south virginia, south of richmond and then some.. is a dirt park for the most part.. really.. lots of poverty.. here and there some old plantation mansions.. a few nice communities sprinkled through but mostly trailors than anything.. tiny one or 2 room cement block houses.. shacks, people living in them.. the black people still being used for cheap cheap labor.. and poor whites too.. being from New York state I was stunned at the poverty. And lack of attention to it. We never saw it this bad up there. even in the worst parts of Brooklyn, it's much better.. south bronx might compare..

When I lived in VA, I mentioned the economic situation quite a few times to a quite a few people.. I was told repeatedly.. "well, this is the commonwealth.. this is colonial virginia"... pretty much quote unquote. I had to take a 2/3's pay cut to live in VA, and the cost of living is not low.. I loved the people of Richmond, and the churches.. the black people are something there, real nice, the ones I met in church anyway.... they have worked hard, they do ok in Richmond.. but southwards, forget it. And the wages, the pay rates all through VA south of the beltway.. terrible. I was so glad to leave Richmond.

here is the recipe, old Polish recipe handed down by my dad from his dad etc..

very simple.. you will need a glass or enamel crock, 1 1/2 - 2 gallon size. (about 4 liters, bigger is great)

get yourself 3 or 4 fresh cabbages, old cabbages are no good (not juicy enough). You can use green or red cabbage, doesn't matter, you can mix them too if you'd like.

Slice the cabbage, thin strips.. little by little.. add this into the crock.
little by little, every inch or so of cabbage you sprinkle some salt (expect to use about a cup maybe a cup and a half of salt for 3-4 cabbages, depends on your taste) on top of the cabbage, mix it in a bit.

Do not use salt with iodine in it (non-iodized salt, sea salt is best, kosher salt is ok)

when the crock is about half full with thinly sliced cabbage and salt mixed in, start pressing it down and squeezing it, simply crushing it with your (very clean) hand. This will cause the juice of the cabbage to be released and start your fermenting process.. press it hard.

continue this till the crock is full, leave about 2 inches of space at the top of the crock.

press the cabbage, get out a bunch of juice.. then put a plate on top and a clean jar with some water on top of the plate to keep the cabbage pressed down. wipe off any cabbage that might be sitting outside the juice near the top of the crock (it'll turn black if you don't remove that or push it into the cabbage water).

cover the whole shebang with a small clean towel to keep out bugs/flies etc.. I usually take a big rubber band and secure the towel edges around the crock.. and just let it sit a week or 2. it likes to ferment at about 65 degrees F. Cool, but not cold. Do not put it into the refrigerator till it's at least one week old or the fermenting process won't start.

Depending on your taste, you can start eating it within a week. i usually let it sit 10 days - 2 weeks.. I will always put some into jars at about 10 days and then put those jars into the refrigerator where it will still continue to ferment but much slower because it's colder. It'll last a few months in the fridge.

sounds complicated but it really only takes me about 30 minutes to make a couple gallons of kraut. best tasting kraut ever when it's fresh like that.

you can add chopped garlic and/or onion into the mix too if you'd like. let it all ferment together.. add some cayenne pepper for a Korean kimchi taste.. the kids like that a lot.

ps - make sure the crock does not have any cracks in it! If the enamel is chipped I would be wary too. Has to be a good solid crock.

Well having lived several years in post-colonial Virginia, I can say, I am not surprised.

But take heart Bedford VA is in the boondocks and most of civilized Virginia has never even heard of the place, much less ever had a desire to drive that direction. And this certainly won't gain the va rednecks anything but more ill-repute.

A doctor's misdiagnosis does not ever make an ectopic pregnancy viable.. a doctors misdiagnosis can only mean it was not an ectopic pregnancy after all.. you seem a bit confused.. the doctor was incompetent according to what you are saying.. not unusual actually.

No controversy on the subject, quite a bit of confusion on your part though. Why would I need to get 2 opinions? I am almost 50 years old.. I think I have the issue, knowledge and my opinion of it, pretty well covered by now, thanks. I have been an adult with adult women friends going through all sorts of things for longer than you have been alive.

hello. stats are not completely realistic in this area. My 'personal experience', for example, surely was never given a place in any statistical poll.

but I'll tell ya, straight out.. I bled like a b*itch for a couple weeks (maybe just a week I forget) and was almost dead by the time a friend literally carried me on his back to the hospital. and that was after a 'legal' abortion, done in a clinic, about 4-6 weeks conception time at most.

Just from, personal experience, I am not pro-abortion.. but I also admit it's a complicated matter.

If you make a law fully against abortion.. it's quite likely women that have miscarriages or lose a child even through natural means, would be accused and pay horrible penalties even in their innocence.. so that's the crux of the matter.. yet still.. 'legalized' or maybe better to say, permitted, abortion still needs regulation.. there have been plenty of cases of women carrying a child almost completely to term.. going in for a very late abortion, the baby gets delivered, a live birth, and then is literally murdered, killed by the doctor or left to die. this truly is a heinous crime in my opinion.. late term abortions.

The sanctity of life does need to be considered, and language toward that context should be written within the laws that concern these matters. Or we tempt losing our very own self-respect.

seriously, if that were the case, an abortion would ensure that she got really sick quickly, by creating an open bleeding wound for entry of more disease.

Aside from ethical issues, the girl in the real life model is probably actually safest, both physically and emotionally, by carrying the child to term, and giving it up for adoption..

not an oft mentioned fact but women can get quite sick and even die from legal abortions.. infection, hemorraging.. the statistics for women dying from illegal abortion are pumped way up by the abortion industry.

maybe instead of talking about abortion the discussion should shift to raising better man children with good manners.

because, dear Mare, Jesus Christ is the only God (or son of, he sure seems like God) that actually shows up when you need him. when people say he's real they do literally mean it.
