News / What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? [226]

You should, but not in a good way. See, if you don't keep your eyes and ears on what's going on with the POTUS and Secretary of State, especially since they're using both eye-and-ear and internet-tracking techniques, they might jump us all while we're not looking. Or they might even send Rahm Emanuel and George Soros (those traitors) to get us all.

Travel / Alcohol on trains in Poland [40]

southern
In Poland I suppose a small bottle of wine is an insult to the local culture.
If they don't have the strongest vodka available, you can always ask the train drive

Just don't give to the plane or train driver, or any to any Orthodox Muslims (i.e., liquids in bottles would give an Orthodox Muslim really bad ideas).

Genealogy / I Gotta Ask: Who Else Is a Jewish-Polish Person With an Interesting Testimony? [48]

Meanwhile, I still have to try to compile some of what I've already written to present my testimony in a more complete form (maybe I'll even make a YouTube video on it and put a link to it); but I want to hear other testimonies of Messianic and non-Messianic (Christian and non-Christian) Jewish-Polish people and Jewish people of Jewish-Polish descent. For example, if God used your crypto-Jewish Catholic family to bring salvation to you and some others in your family, I want to hear that story (to which, as I've alluded to already, I can relate).

USA, Canada / SHOULD WE POL-AMS BE ASHAMED OF AMERICA? [24]

Well, then I misread about the long-range missles; but meanwhile, I still don't see especially how even a nominally-Catholic culture like Poland can justify not supporting Israel.

Life / I'm an American who lived in Poland for 6 years. I'm not welcome anymore. [169]

In case anyone wants a little insight (and I may be acting like an arrogant, goyische Yid; but the insight isn't from me, anyways; because all wisdom- Yiddish and goyische- belongs to God. So, I am not a Jewish supremacist or self-hating Jew, but anyway for the insight), and as I told someone while we were discussing Geraldo Rivera (long story short), "I'm a Jew whose great-great-granddad Czarniecki came here illegally (under false pretenses, i.e., using a fake name) and who was lucky enough that his wife and son (Great-Great-Grandma and Great-Granddad Czarnecki) came here legally (even though she was behind a lot of the dishonesty, which I am looking to redeem instead of just not appreciate). If Geraldo could be a voice for especially Hispanic and Sephardic Hispanic Jews (His dad was a Spanish-Puerto Rican American.), other Jews (His mom is a Jewish-Russian American.), and especially Jewish Christians (i.e., Sephardic Jewish Catholics, since his dad was a Roman Catholic), he could do so much more instead of being thought of as a self-hating Jewish, Hispanic supremacist."

In the same way, I wish that Jews, especially Jewish Poles, who went through similar experiences like mine or like Geraldo's would stand up and say, "Yeah, buddy; I'm a Jewish-Polish American, and let me give you the megillah on my life."

News / What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? [226]

Meanwhile, I find Barack Obama to be a real shmoiger (and not in a good way, unlike Monica Lewinsky may have originally thought; though (thank God) after Bill Clinton, she went Republican, anyway). As for Hillary Clinton, she's a shiksa (makes sense: she married a real shaygetz).

As Mark Twain would say, "The trouble begins in 8 seconds." As T-Pain would say, "I'm on a train!"

USA, Canada / Why Americans of Polish orgin do not exist in the USA politics? [34]

The WASPs really aren't in charge any more. Now, it's the anti-WASP crowd in charge, and there hasn't been a balance struck yet. One doesn't have to be pro WASP or ant WASP, but you're either an Ann Coulter (or even self-hating, Michelle Malkin) Republican or a Nancy Pelosi or other type of racist, anti-Semitic Democrat if you're on one or the other extreme.

USA, Canada / SHOULD WE POL-AMS BE ASHAMED OF AMERICA? [24]

I'm sure that if the US heard enough voices, Poland would get long-range missles. Also, so what if Israel's not a NATO country? She's Israel (Genesis 12:2-3, John 4:22, Romans 1:16).

And if Poland, if you will, got off of Israel's (as you'd put it) "tit", your country would be in a lot worse shape. We Jews contributed a lot to Polania, and the USA among other countries. So, the least that Obama can do for Israel (especially since about 90% of Jewish Americans are Democrats) is support Israel and, for example, tell Poland, "Hey; this missle shield would not only be protecting the USA and Poland, but it'd help Israel, who both Poland the USA are indebted to."

USA, Canada / Why Americans of Polish orgin do not exist in the USA politics? [34]

Not necessarily. My granddad's still walking free. If anyone needs a heckling from the likes of Ann Coulter, it'd be him. Then again, Ann Coulter would still end up looking bad, and she doesn't have pure motives, anyway. Besides, if "Jews need to be perfected", I wonder what Polish and Jewish-Polish people need to be, according to Ann Coulter.

Food / Is it just me, or is the Polish diet rather unhealthy? [119]

I am again reminded about the stereotype of Jews and Chinese food. I wonder if we helped introduce China and Poland to each other? At least in America, the Jews and Chinese get along pretty well, considering that Chinese restaurants are filled with disgruntled Hasidim and other party-poopin Jewish people every Christmas (and maybe there are Messianic Jews who are having a special dinner in honor of Chinese Christians who get persecuted especially during the Christmas season; but as a Jewish-Polish American and a Jewish Christian, I doubt that most Messianic Jews wouldn't want to be out there celebrating the non-"pagan" part of Christmas).

USA, Canada / SHOULD WE POL-AMS BE ASHAMED OF AMERICA? [24]

But had the USA not even suggested the idea for both Poland's and America's sakes, would there even be a missle shield?

USA, Canada / Why Americans of Polish orgin do not exist in the USA politics? [34]

My granddad is probably going to rail on me if he finds out that I ever said this (and he hates me, anyway, long story short; but that's just the kind of person that he is, which is his problem and another long story short. Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers that my granddad doesn't ever find this post.). My granddad was one of three IRS agents who served tax papers to Nixon in light of Nixon's tax scandal and Watergate. Of course, my granddad is a stereotypical, self-hating Jewish Democrat.

His dad was a Jewish-Polish Russian who immigrated to the United States when he was three and settled in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. His mom was a Slovakian-American gentile who was born to Slovakian immigrants in Luzerne County; and they all came from blue-collar, working-class familes. So, he bought into the conventional "wisdom", "Okay; I'm supposed to be a Democrat." However, he sure didn't rally for the working-class or Jewish Democrats (or especially Republicans of any sort). Of course, he still won't admit our Jewish heritage; and clammed up about his role in Watergate until I found out what it was via an e-mail that I received that hinted at it. I confronted him on both of those things, among other things.

I think that (and this is why I use my granddad as an example of Polish and Polish-American people in United States politics) with people like my granddad (who seems to, in one way or another, exemplify self-hating Jews and the bad side of the IRS), there'll be Polish and Polish-American people (especially Ashkenazic Jewish-American) people who'll step back and go:

- These are the kinds of people representing the "good, ol' Polacks"? Oy vey iz meir: I can see why "Polack" jokes and jokes about politicians continue to get spread around.

- Thanks, but we already have people like John Kerry and George Soros [John Kerry being a Jewish-Austrian American, and Gyorgy "George Soros" Schwartz being a self-hating Jewish Hungarian (See the Jewish World Review article on George Soros.)] representing us; and we don't want to be lumped in with anti-Israel, anti-republican, anti-Christian people.

- So, we're expected to vote for people who don't mind haranguing Nixon and Bush, whether or not they actually made mistakes and did stupid things; but we give deliberately-lawless, socialist, and hypocritical people like Barack Obama a pass? Is that the good, Polish Catholic thing to do? Is that the good Jewish thing to do?

- So, Hank Paulson and the rest of the Bush Department of the Treasury and Federal Reserve spent money "like a bunch of drunken sailors". Great [saracastically]: here go the questions. " 'Drunken'? That reminds me of those ____ Polacks who drink all the time- not to mention the rest of the Slavs, and especially those Jews who came over here." "'Jews'? You mean the ones with all the money, anyway? It's no wonder that even the Poles came up with the term 'k___'."

There are still a number of people who hate Polish, Jewish, and Jewish-Polish people and/or their descendants; and when you have Polish and Jewish people who represent or worsen the stereotypes about themselves, even the stereotypical WASP politician will get a pass compared to what the Polish and Jewish communities will get should they try to run even a candidate who would challenge the "Polack" and other stereotypes.

USA, Canada / Marrying a Polish girl in the US and moving to Poland [6]

If that's a slam on Bush or Tony Snow, then I don't like that because you're not being fair. Do you think that Bush wanted to just snatch anyone up for saying something at random or something stupid. After 9/11, things changed; just like after the Great Depression of 1929, things changed with Jewish-gentile relationships in every country, including Polania.

USA, Canada / SHOULD WE POL-AMS BE ASHAMED OF AMERICA? [24]

Actually, it does. Bushes 41 and 43, Reagan, and others would've gladly helped Poland set up a missle-defense shield; and as a Jewish-Polish American, I'm not liking the way that Obama is treating especially 'Eretz-Yisra'el or 'Am-Yisra'el (including Ashkenazic Jews).

"U.S. Federal Law, living abroad" on Google search

By the way, I wouldn't go to the .gov websites. Obama doesn't seem to mind stealing our information or tracking us via web-tracking cookies.

Food / Is it just me, or is the Polish diet rather unhealthy? [119]

You're going to hate me for saying this, but that's why Poland has the Jews to thank: because we helped you all add variety to your diet. ;) In all seriousness, I myself have understood the Polish diet to be pretty unhealthy. For example, I read about horse meat (See nytimes.com/1993/01/20/style/dining-well-when-dining-out-in-warsaw-yes -warsaw.html.) and Googled it to confirm it and find the article to which I was referencing.

Meanwhile, my Jewish-Polish granddad eats a pretty unhealthy diet (including pierogis as a staple) and his unhealthy diet cost him 18 inches of his colon due to cancer. Meanwhile, my dad developed or exacerbated his pre-existing Chron's Disease. By the way, this taught me (besides the fact that Poland and so many other countries have the Jews to thank for introducing the concept of a kosher diet) that especially Jews were meant to eat as kosher as possible and lead by example in eating kosher, instead of follow the gentiles in their eating habits (which we even tried to do in Egypt, which did not work well for us, and yet we kvetched to Moses that we still would've rather had boiled lamb).

By the way, my great-grandma Czarnecki was a Slovakian-American gentile Catholic; and as far as I know, my mom's a gentile. I also didn't know that I am Jewish until I began exploring the Jewish roots of my Christian faith and researching my family history (and, besides getting a completely different picture than was painted for me, finding out a whole lot of stuff besides that I am Jewish). So, I am not knocking on gentiles: I'm just a shout-out to the Jewish community; who, by the way, settled in Polin ("Here [you shall] dwell"), or Polan-Yah ("Here dwells Yah"), for a reason.
