Food / Trout Recipe? [8]

this is the real polish one. my mom does it like that :
clean the fish inside and out, sprinkle with salt , black pepper and marjoram (in and out).then stuff it with cut onion pieces, spray with lemon juice and wrap in plactic foil.let kinda marinade in the fridge overnight, remove the onions before frying the fish on hot skillet and oil. this is finger licking good and fish tastes heavenly sweet.and it's simple!don't forget about marjoram -it's a MUST !

Love / Meeting in August? Aghhhh! What do I do? [10]

Ya, I think I can relate to your problem. Long distance relationships are very difficult .I was in almost identical situation and I n my case - it didn't work.I'm not saying that ALL long distance relationships don't work - I was just unlucky one and I wish you all the best. The problem was that I tHOUGHT that I knew this other person so well when we were1000's of miles apart and when I finaly met this person I felt that it was not the same guy.I guess I had this image of him in my head that wasn't real and I was terribly dissapointed at the end.Our relationship never worked and we went separate ways after a few months of trying to work things out. Again, this is my story , so Don't worry too much:)

As for making a god impression with her family- gifts are a must. It is our custom to buy gifts for poeple we visit and we expect it in return. Bring something that is very American , maybe something ethnic , something representing American culture.

USA, Canada / Missing Mail sent from Canada to Poland - Black Hole [23]

o, ya .I had this problem before. I remember sending parcels from Canada to Poland and it never made it to the recipient. Unfortunately, some polish postal workers are stealing a lot, they open parcels and even letters looking for money or other valubles. My mom says that amost every letter I send her had been open .She didn't get a few parcels from me, some parcels she did recieve but a few items had been missing , so I stopped sending stuff.

Life / Life in Bydgoszcz [39]

I've lived in Bydgoszcz for almost 8 years and it's not bad city to live in.It has 5 hospitals, lots of shopping malls, a few movie theaters. How much you will spend for renting an appartment depends on area of the city. Generaly - the further from Downtown the cheaper.I lived in part of Bydgoszcz called FORDON - it's far form city centre and public transit around there is not so bad during weekdays, to move around on weekends you wil need a car for sure. The city doesn't have much of a night life, bars and restaurants are closed early, not many places to go for a walk to and to me it was a little boring.
