you can't do it. they need your finger prints and you need to lodge the application in person. this is a law and you can't go around with it. and also your wife need to have PESEL number.

if one of ur grandparents was polish at least up 1951 and u can prove it then there will be no problem at all. Just go to poland rent a place and register yourself. Then u need to go to Urzad marszałkowski and apply for your citizenship. It can take max. up to 8 month.

Or just do it thought Polish Embassy but for sure it will be much longer.

Just go there put ur all documents and u will get visa (if u can prove that u will come back). I was there twice 7 and 5 years ago and i got it without any problem. I was a student.
