As for a picture, Try to resize it first or upload it on the Internet (Flickr, photobucket etc). Once it's uploaded click on the picture with your right mouse button, choose "properties", copy the link that shows up and using the Image Link feature on Polishforums, upload it on here. If you already have the picture on Facebook, nasza-klasa and such, do exactly the same thing. Good luck! ha ha.

yes I think so.

I agree which is why I went very emotional seeing this twat Akira being arrogant and half witty. This is not a typical Polish bloke! Sorry, I was probably too nasty and I used f word. I apologise.

The present insignia is white and red checker board. It was first used in 1918 but then order of colours was inverted in 1993. Why? Also who invented the symbol?

Thank you, I just came across this information myself after I posted the thread. What still makes me wonder is whether there is a person who we know is an inventor of the symbol. Apparently Polish have taken the idea from other nation's air forces but what one originally? I'm only curious as from what I know not every air force's insignia is a checkerboard...

I like the artwork on this Polish Fighter jet. It is not standard insignia of course.

It still has checkerboard on it's ruders. Looks like MiG29A, correct me if I'm wrong! I'm quite new to this.

There is just one Antonov225 in use in Ukrainian airlines. (Unless you meant the other versions). It's ridiculously big, something only Russians could invent! I thought they only use it to carry helicopters, tanks or whatever.

It depends how "basic" her English is. It might be better than you think but she needs to get used to speaking English more. If she spends most time with Polish, no wonder her English doesn't improve much and she's shy when needs to talk.

I saw my friend fighting with her boyfriend while breaking up. He left her for somebody else and she started punching him, he punched her back. I wish I did that to my ex but he was smart enough to end this on the internet. Polish guys are usually sweet and gentlemen though!
