this is what i would call a serious answer -
Culturally, the hair on top may be a different.....Genetically, the hair .....on the bottom.
Hair is very important attribute, it cannot go unnoticed (unless one wear something), even if you stand, sit or in the crow or where ever. When I see a female I really find it little difficult to make out her heritage. Now my question comes from that angle.
