UK, Ireland / recorded offences in the UK - hipocrysy of some people on this forum [7]

As I've said before I am just to make deeper analise of this phenomen and it is very good argument against some newspapers in the UK.

With all due respect, you may well have analysed something deeply (or was it quickly?) but your argument is feeble. Infact, what is your argument, it's not clear from your post.

Are you trying to use the data on the Home Office website to refute some peoples' claim that crime in England has risen since the arrival of the Polish?

Whilst the Daily Mail is not a paper worthy of much notice, unless you form your letter considerably better than your first post above, they will not only ignore you but you will probably reinforce their negative stereotypes of the Polish.

Is that your intention, or did you want to be taken seriously?

Life / How important is it to have a car in Poland? [37]

If you dont have a car you have to use public transport which, as in all countries, means travelling with the peasants and going where the peasants go

Get a car. Go where you want when you want to go. It changes life

But Dazza is right, second hand cars are a lot more expensive than in the UK, for example, and dont expect them to have cleaned and polished it before you buy.

And petrol is not that far off UK prices either

Have you ever seen a place in Poland without a bathroom, full stop?

Have you been to Poland Franek, since it joined the EU?

Are you basing your assumptions on personal experience or hearsay?
