I had warm milk with sryup, which dont sound great at first, but its actually

about a 1/4 cup vinagar, in big glass, with some water, about a 1/4, and one
tablespoon of baking soda , -do over the sink and drink the bubbles!

it foams up fast, my mom used this instead of tums or rolaids, and pepto bismal.

makes ya burp something awful! but settles the stomach.

trick is to drink as much of the bubbles as fast as you can so it will make you
burp! lol

Garlic is used for number of things, but I know one which is works really well
all by itself, it lowers blood pressure, my brother uses it all the time, and he
has high BP 's, so when he does try to take care of himself, he uses this, and gets
a A+ when he goes to his checkups.

But, the downside of it, you need heavy perfume, and or stay home till it wears off!

sorry, but your wrong, most young girls want a prince charming, romance me
be there for me and not your friends type of guy, I can say that is a fair
generalization , and most guys are to busy to take time for the girls, so they
ignore them, then they start calling them, they say I cant do this and thus
leaving a broken hearted young girl to go find another male who will get the wrath
of the last relationship!

Niether do I, my father didnt buy me a barbie weekly, we struggled growing up
I didnt go to church, but I knew about god, baptised catholic, I earned my keep
on my own and have everything I have because of me working for it

many of the women here have had to do that, I am not materialistic, I could care
less about buying my self something < I put my kids first and formost in front of
any needs I have> I was born here and raised here. and I do have sense of
direction, know what I need to do, and do care about people.

as for material things, I have my house ( which I do need to live under)
MY van to get to work!
my jewelry that I never owned a piece till I met my husband, because I didnt care
about gold!
and didnt wear jewlry, and I dont own Furs or a million pairs of shoes because
I will never wear that many in my life time!

my family comes first before anything, and guess what! Im third generation

usually I can too, but sometimes reading some of this generalization gets a bit
irritating.

if someone were to say that the reason why they are unapproachable is because
so many men screw them over, why bother?

no one knows the whole story behind why someone dont want to date someone
maybe they werent attracted, maybe they have a man, maybe they are gay?

could be any number of reasons, which they dont have to enlighten upon because
plainly its no one business.

no I am venting, basically because I feel like people are not understanding
that America Women and Men are 2nd and third and 4th Generations of poles
germans, czecs , English, I mean comeon, even canada is known for its French
roots (heavy) roots I might add, so knocking down American Women or men
really, your knocking down your Old countrymen and women.

as max said, it was a personal problem, and also could be drinking as well, alot
of young students on the weekends do have partys at their frat houses, go to
bars, this is just a age problem, not limited to the states, but all over.

Its unfortunate that people dont think this way in some instances, but like
max said, it isnt a cultural thing, this is a personal problem that lyes within
the person who is doin this, they could have been hurt before and are going
on a hurt everyone else binge (I have heard this) or plain and simple dont
understand that this is something you dont do to your friends , I had a friend who

with that, Ive seen alot of posts about American women this and that.

What I understood about the posts was you were asking why they are more
Approachable. But how can anyone answer that Question and know how?

How can you base a few dates with some American Women, and say that is how

as for counseling, no need, I might have my mind set on certain things, but I dont

I might have come across to harsh in the beginning, but I was trying to explain
and I agree, its across the globe, two or three instances doesnt mean the whole
population does it.

I agree that some young women are more promiscous, and it doesnt say much
for them, you know who you can trust and who you cant once you see the true
person, and I think all or most of us have had people like what maati has said
do something wrong to us, and we move on.

Now this makes me wonder how, because they do eat alot of greens in their diet
and it is one of the favorites , but, I do know they eat also alot of fried foods, like
chicken, and bacon (really high in fat)

I am forcing fruit in my childrens diet, they like it, but it isnt their favorite. summer

my cousin still has Wigilia, I am not fond of fish, probably because at young

get one tub (no fat) cool whip.
one package of pistachio Pudding (instant)
fresh Pineapple chunks, or canned -drain the juice.

mix together in bowl, high carbs, but low fat.


my youngest has to have protein to keep her sugar level ( snack) before bed, and
so I use the skim (thats all we drink) after seeing on a show long time ago
about whole milk and how much fat is put into your body per year.

I live Near Detroit, seen the good and bad , its getting better in some parts
but, its true, there is alot of homes destroyed (burned) that are /were abandonded
and I dont hear it much anymore, but alot of drive by shootings, its good to not
see that on the news daily anymore, or carjacking, but I dont think Detroit is
most Ruined City in the USA, ive done searches and with all the crime, etc
it was Phili and then New York and Chicago, Detroit being on the list as like
number 29 or something, which did surprise me.

I should say was homes burned, I dont think this happens as much now, if it does

u know, Im not a rude person, so if I am told by several that they want or rather
be called that, I respect that, sometimes I use it in my wording to not offend.
and yes, they might not have went to africa, or ever will go their, but as I refer
to myself as Polish American, or American with Polish Background , they like the
more respectable term. least those whom I have talked with. and do become
offended by the mention of Word Black , as some do the N word. I dont use it daily

as for quoting me on it, why would you even say they are not African Americans
