I have an assignment for college to write about polish cuisine. I need to know if there is any particular/ specific equipment used in polish cuisine for example: For Chinese cuisine they use woks. Has anyone got an answer for me?

Life / How much do you HATE POLISH PEOPLE and POLAND [1260]
irishdeano. english people aren't all selfish like you're suggesting. In all cultures there will be the odd small minded person who only like people from their country or of their skin colour but the majority of people have no problem with foriegn people.I'm english and i have loads of Polish friends and i love my Irish family.

Has any one got a recipe for this Krokiety z barszczem? i had a meal at my boyfriend's sisters house and i really liked it. i think that Krokiety z barszczem was one of the dishes on the table.it was like a breaded pancake thing with mushrooms and sauerkrat. Is this the correct dish?if so could anyone give me the recipe or a link to a good recipe. dzieki

i typed Krokiety z barszczem into the search but there are too many posts to check through manually.it could be there under another name.thanks for the link.
I checked with "Krokiety z barszczem" and found none and only three with "krokiety".
