Love / Ring Size - Polish - British conversion [8]

Hi.

I want to buy a surprise gift (a ring) for a lady, and I know that her ring size is between 9 and 10 (measured in Poland).

However, I live in the UK and they have different measures here, like J, K, L,....

Who can give me an advice, what is the conversion of "Polish" sizes 9 and 10 to "British" ring sizes?

I want to take my lady out for St.Valentines day (either in Krakow or Zakopane).
Unfortunately, I'm not local, so do not know good venues there.

Could you recommend a nice cafe/restaurant there? IT should be romantic and original (with nice view over the town, river, park, mountains, etc or nicely designed interior).
