Love / Are you in a Polish-nonPolish relationship? [150]
We have muslim minority, about 25 000 Polish Tatars, since XIV century. and there was no any religious or ethnic conflicts. Specialy in XVII century Tatars were very respected, and many families were nobeled by our kings. The reason was simple. XVII century was the period of wars in Poland, specially against Turkey. Tatars were muslims, but they were Polish citizens and patriots too. So they fought to protect Poland from other muslims. After 1990 many people from caucasian former Soviet repablics (specialy Chechens) are coming to Poland, so there is more muslims, but the main-imam of Poland is Tatar.
we're planning to get married in about 2 years but im afraid this religious issue will cause problems.......
