USA, Canada / Good Polish/American Restaurants in Chicago area [90]

Red Apple is great if you like a lot of meat. Cranky owner never smiles.

I heard there closing both of them down.

Jolly Inn is very good. (Extremely pretty waitresses too!)

I see you noticed not only the food is good..lol

I wasn't too impressed with the Bobak's on Archer Ave

They used to have the best sausages, havent been there in quite a few.. too bad

Try that one I mentioned before Angelicia`s 3244 N Milwaukee 773 736-1186
it was really delicious.. call first I hear they close early...

Przybylo`s 6839 N Milwaukee has a banquet hall and restaurant

Halinas polish delights 5914 W. Lawrence theres one on Belmont also.

Staropolska.. I`ve never been there but heard it was decent

We haven't tried the Old Warsaw Buffet on Harlem Ave

Dont go there its terrible......

USA, Canada / Book stores in the Chicago area selling Polish used books? [4]

I was in there last winter and bought a Polish poetry book.
The store is pretty big with nice helpful ladies working there,
everything looked new but they might have a used section.

Jan Kochanowski 1530-1584
Adam Mickiewicz 1798-1855.. some old authors I found.
They probably have what your looking for...Good luck

They shouldnt let them do it the kid is going to grow watching these two go at it
and think its normal to be gay.. not to mention what these guys might do to him?

Also when the other children find out his parents are gays the kid will be beat up
in the school yard and constanally picked on throughout his schoolyears..

I dont care what these weirdos do behind closed doors but when they have
to act so flamboyant, parade around, and now want what only a Man and Women together can only have...froget it!

Have You ever used the Charcoal chimney?
Just put a piece of newspaper in the bottom and lite
then wait about 10 mins and all the coals are evenly hot.
Dump into the Que and your ready.
No more nasty tasting lighter fluid!!!

It works great.....
