UK, Ireland / Why do Poles come to England? [514]

just like animals, food and work... NO THANK YOU, MONEY IS NOT EVERYT5HING AND YOU CAN NOT BUY EVERYTHING FOR IT! IF IT'S YOUR VISION OF THE FUTURE OF EU GOOD LUCK AND PLEASE JOIN YOUR NATIONAL PARTY BODIES TO SUPPORT THEM IN WISE DECISIONS HOW TO CREATE SLAVES IN FUTURE EUROPE. ONE ADVICE, IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS WOULD BECOME REAL IN THE FUTURE, BE SURE 100% THAT ALL POLISH AND OTHER CENTRAL EUROPE CITIZENS WILL TAKE THEIR MONEY AND GOODS BACK WITH THEM AND YOU WILL BE IN NICE MESS WITHOUT THEM.

My cousin lives in Dubia, she has a maid, her son goes to private school..they pay "tourist" tax, her husband is a director of a large Engineering company..I wouldnt consider them slaves, quite the oposite.

You are creating a class of people who contribute but are not 'allowed' to be educated and if they get sick are not on the NHS and what die?

They wouldnt be paying NI or hardly any Tax, they could aford private insurance and pay for their kids to go to school. As Ive stated, my cousin lives in a country where she has to do this, its her choice to be there.

Polish people were invited

Who invited them? Look dont get me wrong, I have nothing against Polish people but to say they were "invited" is a bit strong Sean...they came because the boarders were open..no one extended them an invitation..

So no one liked my plan then? :D

Look it was purely an idea to stop people whining on about who Poles clog up the hospitals and schools..Take the problem away and people stop complaining...it works quite well in the UAE.

Love / Kocham Cię vs I love you - which sounds more sexy? [55]

when i was a teenager "kocham cie" sounded awesome... but after so many years "i love you" sounds much better...

I suppose it depends on what you prefer...taken that a none native speaker might not pronounce "kocham cie" well, I think "I love you" would be better ;0)

For me as a native English speaker, I love you has meaning, kocham cie, is just words (if you know what I mean?)

Kocham Cię defiantly sounds a lot better than i love you.

Then you've never had some stare directly into your eyes and make your heart miss a beat whilst they are saying "I love you"....

my GF likes kocham cie more when i say to her more than i love u, but maybe its because i m nt polish!

You havent got a girlfriend!

UK, Ireland / Why do Poles come to England? [514]

it's useless to discuss the history in this manner -

It is.

Too many ifs and buts.

How about Hitlers attitute to Poles, do you think he would have been satisfied with old territories returned? Surely you remember his attitude to Poles?

Hitler because they were given guarantees by France and the UK (spring 1939 reinforced in the late August) - Polish side must have expected opening the second front of the war immediately

It takes time to mobilise an army. Arr what the hell we did nothing, all those lives lost were just a part of my imagination, Coventry being flattened by German bombs was just a dream...Manchester being bombed London being bombed, Liverpool being bombed...etc..do you know how much you disrespect those how lost their lives because they stood up to Hitler for a country they'd probably never of? :(

Back on topic...Im sure the vast majority of Polish people that come to England work hard and pay taxes etc...I would however actually be in favour of a permit system, so as to keep the scroungers out and that goes for all nationalities that come to the UK...Id also be in favour of a lower tax bracket and no NI contributions for said immigrants...on the condition that they dont have an access to schools or NHS...they would have access only to private facilities...that would stop people moaning about how foreigners are clogging up our schools and NHS..Note I say lower tax and not "no" tax, in places like the UAE, anyone who is not a citizen pays a "tourist" tax, this goes on everything you purchase..food, clothes, petrol etc...they may not pay tax directly from their salaries, but in reality, they pay a hell of a lot more to the government through said "tourist" tax.

Anyway the above is my solution to stop people whining...

UK, Ireland / Polish Education Grading and Uk Edu. Grading? [73]

Warsowian or Varsovian, I agree with you that we should keep in hand some English lang.

You're starting to sound like some other immigrants who'd I be happy to pop on a plane and send back to their backwards country...ENGLAND DOESNT HAVE TO DO A DAMN THING!! IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONE COME HERE.

As for you're comments about England opening its boarders, it grossly under estimated the numbers that would arrives from the new member states, I think they thought it would be in the region of 15,000. If we do ever get a vote in the UK I can tell you now, the vast majority of Brits will vote to close the boarders.

UK, Ireland / Why do Poles come to England? [514]

I think English people are quite able to look close to home, I know full well we have plenty of home grown British scroungers...Thats our problem, what I dont want is people coming over to take advantage of the systems that we have in place...By the way I dont think we are the best, but we're certainly better than some, why else would people flock here?

Wasn't there a thing where you had to work and pay taxes for two years or something?

12 months...but its easy to bring the clan over and claim for everything once that 12 months is done.

Im not going to lay anything on. I was merely stating something on a Polish forum that a Polish person told me.

Most do, but I think there's a new breed that have come for different reasons (this has been said by a friend of mine who just so happens to be Polish).

UK, Ireland / Why do Poles come to England? [514]

They were drawn to the Gherkin, like moths to a flame.

A friend of mine made a mistake and called it the cucumber..:D

With out the Polsh people, Britian may be evan more in the shiettttt

Ya reckon, I rather think you should learn to spell before slagging off Brits (are you sure you're British?)

In all fairness the British didnt worry about all the industrial jobs

We dont have "industry" as we once knew it in this country, we have a mass of under paid hospitality workers. As for not worrying, the building trade have been a wee bit miffed with immigrants (not just Poles) a long time before the recession hit hard, yet another Brit talking through his arrrrse..

Love / Hard to talk things: Sexual diseases - would Polish women be honest about that? [137]

another stupid thread created to take the attention away from 90% of men who don't wash their privates...

here here!!

i decided to assume that... just like men assume things about women and post here...

Lots assuming going on...

you're such an idiot seriously, maybe stick to goats then!

Thats how he got his infection.

How about 1,000 of men that infect women with clamiydia, yep, its not only women that get it but its women's health that is seriously affected by it....Okay how about thrush, men get this too...

Men who get thrush invariably believe it's sexually transmitted. Although possible, most experts say this isn't usually the case and often it develops in men who aren't sexually active.

bbc.co.uk/health/mens_health/issues_thrush.shtml

Bascially men that dont wash properly pass on their nasty yeast infections to women.

Now to the clown who started this thread, by your own admission you have little or no experience with women and from what I can see, spend an awful lot of time in here so Im guessing you have little contact with women full stop! Now f*ck with your rediculous threads because they are starting to irritate me.

As for the 65% of women who wouldnt tell a man they've had a yeast infection how about

https://polishforums.com/archives/2005-2009/news/poland-black-immigrant-living-11928/

Yet - according to doctors and nurses ive met in the in the uk -

Thats funny, all my family work in the NHS and Ive never heard anything like it.

did you know the uk is the HIV KING OF EUROPE??

If you check the stats a vast majority of those with AIDS are african immigrants or gay, HIV/AIDS is relatively low amongst white British hetrosexuals.

ive heard that polish and many eastern europeans dont take care of themselves at all! Herpes, gonorea and syphallis are absoluteley rife in poland!

You've heard wrong, statistics show that sexually transmitted deseases are relatively low in Central Europe.

remember getting myself a few years back and they asked if i have a boyfriend from outside the uk and as soon as i mentioned poland they were like Ohhhhhh! YOU BE CAREFUL! NEVER TRUST POLISH PEOPLE THEYRE DANGEROUS, THEYRE FILTHY LOL I

Maybe had you said from the sub-sahara or south africa....see above about the stats of sexually transmitted nasties in Central Europe.

Come on Polo, you are seriously talking bollox here..

News / If Poland is attacked by Russia will N.A.T.O help defend Poland or not? [171]

while UK is separated from the entire mess by France, the ocean and a sense of humor.

Oh right, hmmm..so please explain to me like Im a 2 year old, why and how we got involved last time? Or was that scotch mist?

GB is still an island far away...;)

Far away? So we didnt manage to cross the sea 60 years ago...blimey, we need to re-write history, aparently we were too far away ;0)

Anyway fekya, can we deport all the Poles so they can go and fight, we'll have the armourment orders though even Russia's - business is business :D

If it's like the British army even when you have left you are still on the active reserve list.

How big is our army with reserves do you think, not that we'll need them coz we're too far away :D

Love / Sending flowers to my Polish boyfriend [73]

The same as with men wearing make-up.

Not quite.

But I dont actually know of one woman who has purchased flowers for her other half - its not the norm in England, but if someone wants to do it, why not. I think a bloke would actually prefer a cd or something to be honest if its just a guesture.

News / If Poland is attacked by Russia will N.A.T.O help defend Poland or not? [171]

Europe has proven its a b*tch when it comes to particular interests, the agreements of 1939 were much more tangible then those of NATO and the West still failed to help Poland.

Yawn.

Sorry is there some big plan by Russia to invade Poland that we havent heard about? And why all of a sudden are Germany Poland's best friend and England the b*tch...Answers on a post card please :D

Love / Polish girls lying [193]

I would rather you did, because you are getting really boring with all the negatives..each day there's a new one.

I could start on how Greek men are lazy and violent and somewhat pathic macho idiots who dont usually think with their upper parts!

Love / Polish girls lying [193]

they say they have bf.
whats that? lie or what?

If they like you, they will omit they have a boyfriend even if they really have one.

This is not nation specific..its not gender specific either.

Southern, you are getting a bit boring now...why not give it up and date a nice Greek girl.

News / Clamping down on Internet gambling in Poland? [11]

the uk government is talking about banning all illegal (music) downloads in the next couple of years. quite how they will do it, i don't know

They are already making "file sharing" illegal - they can simply close your internet account down if they find that you are doing it, everything is traceable....I wrote on the board a while ago, my nephews friend had the Police come to his house and they confiscated his laptop, then returned it, completely cleared down.

UK, Ireland / To Brits only trout are not coarse? [18]

tench, carp, crucean, roach,

Can be caught in canals, certainly thrown back as they are certainly not edible. Trout is quite nice though.

But as Sheep said, anglers are required to catch and then throw them back - its more about the sport than getting a catch to take home for dinner - for most anyway.

and only the weirdo Brits seem to have some inexplicable hangups on this score!

We live on an island and have a choice of fish...come on...give you a choice between fresh water trout or fresh wild salmon which are going for? We dont have to eat the bottom feeders...we have a choice and we chose to eat nice clean tasty fish :D

UK, Ireland / Britain's bad teeth [77]

Oh I dont know, you cant beat a nice white pair of gnashers, having said that a friend of mine got dental work done in Hungry and the dentist said, I wont give you the "american" smile, its horrid :D Her teeth just look natural and the price was amazing, including flights, accommodation and full set of upper veneers it was 2.5K guaranteed for 5 years!

Personally I use my electric tooth brush twice a day and give them the 10 minute going over once a week with the electric tooth brush...deep clean time!! I also have an electric flosser...Manky teeth distrub me!!!

Travel / 12 more days in poland what to do [17]

given that I am married.

Off topic, but CONGRATS SWEETIE!!!

There are people who can easily start talking to somebody, and there are those who can't. I don't think I'd be able to just chat some random stranger up in a foreign country.

Im quite comfortable talking to anyone and happy to go in a bar on my own - Recently on holiday (with a right boring cow) I went out on my own and met people most nights because I wasnt going to bed at 11pm! I suppose it depends on if you want to stay in or want to meet new people....

I don't think it'd be wise chatting up blokes in Gwarek hehehe ;)

They should be so lucky!! ;0)

UK, Ireland / Britain's bad teeth [77]

Most of the dentists in England are foreigners anyway in my experience.

Mines Chinese and he's lovely.

Genrally i think British denists just can't be bothed anymore... lazy, rubish and over-priced dental work!

Depends on the dentist, mines good and doesnt take the pi$$ where dental work is concerned.

UK, Ireland / Britain's bad teeth [77]

for example i paid £70 for a filling a few years ago which fell out and cracked the tooth and it only cost me £30 to have it fixed in Poland.

I spent 5 years in breaces so have straight teeth didnt cost a penny as i had it done as a child. My dentist is NHS and I only pay £25 for a check-up and a polish and scale. Ive met several foreigners with rotten teeth, I also met plenty of Brits with lovely white gnashers..
