Poland is a lot cleaner than NY and NJ. I was amazed by the lack of gum and rubbish in the streets. We have our prisoners and people serving community service and we can't even keep the sides of our roads clean. I was quite impressed with Poland. I'm sure some areas lack cleanliness, but overall it's a lot better.
