News / GERMAN PSYCHOPATHS INSULTING POLISH PEOPLE [95]

200 years have gone by since the abolition of slavery and still no word have been uttered from the Queen and Tony Blair.

It wont happen Miranda, they can demand all they like but they will never get an apology, as its already been said we are not going to apologise for the sins of our forefathers, why open old wounds

Amathyst, you say you don't feel insulted at the 'island monkeys.' Andf I believe you don't. You, English, are the most amazing people on earth to me - you're so absolutely, authentically well-balanced, and rational (but also with deep emotions). Totally unlike myself, who am mostly emotions! That's why I love and admire you to death, bastards!

Sarki little sod :)

And as for Germans being the best.... How long have we been neighbors? Over 1000 years? Yep, that's pretty much it, and yet, you still haven't managed to destroy us. Apparently you aren’t good enough.

I they never will IMO.

'Island monkies.

Well you learn something new every day :) I actually laughed at that, in fact it really really did tickle me...I certainly dont feel insulted.

Recently, a poll in Germany showed that the Poles are the least liked nation in Germany.

I think that the Welsh would come top if such a poll was taken in England :)

UK, Ireland / The un-acceptable side of new entrant countries coming to the UK [56]

I think he's okay, but not really acting like a royal should at the end of the day they are not normal people and will never have normal lives - its strange the way the two boys are going to marry (or looks that way) commoners!

The problem is the name - "Lee".

Britain, being the class-ridden country it is, has a number of class-based habits. One of these is the tendency of low-class people to choose certain names.

Worse still, there is a very strong correlation between low-class English people especially and educational under-achievement.

Hence, when I see the name "Lee" I know what I'm in for ...

Hmmm, the popular names these days "amongst the lower classes" are Harry and Charlie, not sure the Royal family would agree with your comments!

Love / Discussion about Polish Men's Tempers [103]

in the UK more women die of domestic violence than breast cancer - the stats say its about 2 women a week that actually die and probably around 1000 per week that suffer at the hands of violent partners.

All I have to say to Blingin is dont be a statistic

Men are men regardless of nationality - I for one like English men, the ones with a good sence of humour that is :0)

UK, Ireland / Polish Thoughts on Britain and the British [273]

E. on building sites at the moment men are being told that their contracts are up and on the Monday, Polish contractors are coming in - for less money, this is what is causing the problem.

My friends husband lost his job a couple of weeks ago in this kind of situation...

Maybe I can put in these terms

10 Polish men working on a building site, they are all married couple of kids and a mortgage and are living comfortable working for say 15 zl an hour

Then

10 Bulgarians come along and offer their services for 7 zl an hour, they are young they dont have families with them to support, they live together so the bills are minimal and they dont have the comfortable life style...they are saving all the money that they are earning...

UK, Ireland / Polish Thoughts on Britain and the British [273]

I couldn't help laughing even my missus was laughing. These sad sad Brits who are angry at Poles don't desserve jobs. fat over weight kebab munching larger swilling louts with there fat, mcdonald craving wives and kids. I hope more Poles come over and this untermensch in British society suffers mass heart failure.
The basic fact is this those Poles that come to the Uk come to work. many lower class Brits exploit the benefits system and never aspire to **** all. I hate them.

That was bright!! have a little bit of respect for your fellow countrymen, of course there are those that are not worth the air that I breath but you really dont need to put people down in such a way...

single mothers

Why on earth should I give my money to someone who decides to have kids...not my problem...sorry!!

While we're on about benefits you will be happy to know that our govenment has finally decided that these people in England that cant even speak English will no longer get benefits....YEAH!!!

Be careful what you wish for. The last time the brits found themselves out of work, due to immigration, they took matters into their own hands. I see a lot of Polish people ending up in hospital and very soon. Certain sections of the community can only take so much.
This is not a threat. It is just the way I see things. But as usual, we have discussed this all before.

Mr W, I dont mind the Polish being over in the UK, yes they work hard but the labour pool has been filled and still more people are coming to the UK and now the new arrivals that will work for less than the Polish...I do honestly see something happening and something not very nice...

No idea what you are talking about, maybe you mean tartan

The point I made about the difference countries - is we are not divided as a nation the simple fact is we are three countries living on one island and we do have our differences

As follows:-

Difference languages / dioletcs

Difference attitutes

Difference in culture - food etc.

And yes the sport thing is probably correct, but also Scottish and Welsh people want to keep their own identities - they are proud of who they are and are mighty offended if called English....trust I know...

Are POles for example beginning to see themselves as Polish-European?

Polish are European since they come from Europe, so I dont really understand what you mean by that....

What about the Cornish, Kernow has it's own language as well

England is a strange place with many difference diolects...

As Mr W pointed out the Geordie was one of the first diolects...

I also noticed it that English, Welsh, Scottish.....are a bit like 3 different nations.

We are three different nationalities English, Welsh and Scottish, yes we all have British Passports but we are in no way alike, three separate countries on one Island

Hence the division, in Wales they speak Welsh and in Scottland well they have their own language :) Scottland have their own Parliament separate from the English one.

We also have regions

Lancashire
Yorkshire
North East
Cumbria
ect..

isn't Sphynx

Food not very nice and actually I didnt actually see any female waitresses so you might be right...

We have a big doubts about the prices, please could you tell me how much is a beer? and whisky in the night?

beer is about 5 / 8 zl wich is just under a pound or just over depending where you go.

food you can have a nice steak in a restaurant for about 35 zl which is about 6 pounds or in Krakow they have lots of little places you can get pizza from...which are really cheap....there are lots of places to eat same as in Wraclaw, food is of a good standard and fresh...

UK, Ireland / BEWARE when coming over UK [363]

All your post seem to have the same sorry tale of England being taken over by Asians. If its such a problem then stad for Prime Miniter with your issues.

LS you dont know the reality in the UK I do, so think what you like about me, I have always said I havent got a problem with people coming to England, I understand about economic mirgration but it's the level of migration that bothers me...

please look at the stats of the UK, size and population and you will see that we are a small island with too many people.

UK, Ireland / BEWARE when coming over UK [363]

I understand all that Frank, same as the call centres in India etc., I understand economic migration but the UK is experiencing a mass influx that it cant handle, housing stock, hospitals, doctors, dentists and men losing their jobs for no other reason other than there is a cheaper labour force to employ....I just fear that its all going to blow up.

As for the coal miners, I remeber it all too well and the impact it had on communities and the same for the car manufactures, the steel industry and dockers, all down to economics and importing cheaper products.

UK, Ireland / BEWARE when coming over UK [363]

So it's a vicious circle, soon the Poles will out and the Romanians / Bulgarians in....but that still doesnt explain to me what the English men with famlies and mortgages will do?? I understand it's an open market and Im not against people coming to England to work, my concerns are for my friend at the moment who's husband is out of work and she's just had a child, he's been in the trade for 20 years and is a hard worker not one of these that takes 2 hour tea breaks...he's a grafter....
