EXAMPLE

słuchać / posłuchać = to listen / to hear

ja słucham ( i listen, i am listening, i do listen)
ty słuchasz ( you listen, you are listening, you do listen)
on/ona/ono słucha ( he listens, he is listening, he does listen)
my słuchamy ( we listen, we are listening, we do listen)
wy słuchacie (you listen, you are listening, you do listen)
oni/one ( they listen, they are listening, they do listen)

now how about NAZYWAĆ / NAZWAĆ = to name / to call

ja nazywam ( i name joe bloggs , i am naming joe bloggs, i do name joe bloggs)
ty nazywasz ( you call joe bloggs, you are calling joe bloggs, you do call joe bloggs)

NONE OF THAT MAKES SENSE FOR THAT VERB

Language / need help with the cases (locative case) [4]

in the sentence .............>>>>>The woman and child are in the forest.

Is this the correct translation>>Kobieta i dziecko są w lasie.............

The reason i am asking is......after 'W' in polish it is the locative case (i'm sure i have spelt forest in polish correctly) .......but what about woman and child do they remain in there nominative case.......i think so? but not sure
