UK, Ireland / Do many British carry knives? [60]

not only are knives for cowards but carrying any sort of weapon is a mugs games, something that children do to assert themselves.

if you carry any sort of weapon you run the risk of someone whos just a little bit harder than you, taking it off you and shoving it where the sun doesnt shine.

youll find that people who live in a world of violence dont need a weapon to make you look stupid.

do yourself a favour and leave the weapon at home

i personally dont live in a world of violence for which i am extremely grateful.

anecdotaly, however, apparently the quickest way to deal with an upity pole is drop a small coin on the floor. as they stoop to pick it up its game over.

well, remember we are the hardest nation on earth and dont really need to get tooled up to spank the living daylights out of the average pole

UK, Ireland / Life in the UK for some Poles (sad article) [124]

Simplyfying this complicated case to "cafliks " ethic is so narrow minded. Are you seriously think the problem we are face in this case is religious nature? Obviously you have some religious issues, I'm talking about completely different perspective. Using religious excuses only stir discusion, of course in a wrong way.

what the fuk are you blathering on about?

speak english you kuhnt or fuk off back to your own cuntry

when you don't know what to say, saying derogative comments only increase the way, how people percept your behavior and show them who you really are

er... im being derogatory because i think youre a fukwit.

if you want to understand the context that my original post was made in, and the reason i referred to rape, take the time to read the preceding comments of the thread.

now, as for fukin cafliks; the whole of the educated free world knows that cafliks tend to have problems using contraception - something that their leader told them not do - with the obvious outcome. using abortion as a form of contraception is, quite frankly, an arsehole thing to do and 10000 polish 'bints' having abortions in the uk is symptomatic of this attitude.

now, get to fuk you uneducated toilet cleaner

Life / Do Polish people respect other cultures? [96]

why holding a knife and fork properly should be equated with being cultured i have no idea - its a skill learn by most before they learn to read or write, in the uk at least

but then i guess from an australian perspective, anything that you have personally yet to master would be considered the hight of cultrualism.

so i tanned his hide when he died, clyde, and thats him hanging on the wall. yindee yindee blue, still shaggin the wallabee?

if youre trying to tell me 10000 'normal lonely decent probably confused living in a strange environment, trying to make ends meet' polish girls got raped then youre even more of a fukwit than i had you down as.

the simple truth is that they didnt use contraception, got pregnant and had an abortion. the catholic fuk ethic pure and simple

perhaps watching jeremy kyle will teach them one of lifes most important lessons - if you dont use contraception when you get jiggy then your chances of getting pregnant are greatly increased

UK, Ireland / Are the Poles in England hated? [450]

end living in a shared house like some SCUMS.

the problem is that most english people have very little time for fools. if you choose to live in a house with a dozen other people the likelyhood is that youre a fool. if you then complain that by choosing to live in a house with a dozen other people makes you feel like scum, then your status as a fool is confirmed. i suspect youre a fool zeus. i also suspect that you cant hold your knife and fork properly. which makes you a peasent. and a foolish one at that

when you sitting down to a meal with someone who cant hold their knife and fork correctly, youve got to ask yourself 'how much respect does this person really want?'

the answer is simple.

anybody who hasnt mastered the simple art of holding a knife and fork properly is not worthy of respect. eat your cheese cake, then eat theirs, and then demand more... and make sure they pay the bill.

There is no reason for currency market intervention, despite the zloty's gains, Polish Finance Minister Jacek Rostowski was quoted as saying on Monday.

UK, Ireland / Are the Poles in England hated? [450]

Representants from the Bristish Governments do not care if a Polish family come to the UK to be exploited, abused, and work hours.. for few money..

as we say in england - if you smack yourself round the face with a rolling pin, dont be suprised if it hurts

News / What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? [226]

I measure my life in the family, friends and knowing at the end of each day I did something to improve my standard of living.

so youre saying that these others are unable to do this, that prefer to wallow in their victimhood and moan about how hard done by they are, and how everybody else has it better than them?

would you also say this is a common characteristic of this particular segment of society?

News / What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? [226]

Youe welcome, I did quite well as did the rest of my family. We work for what we have and I love the USA.

i am glad to hear that.

but from the little i know of you, you and your family could quite easily fall into the group that Grabar claims to speak for.

what is it that has allowed you to succeed where others feel they have failed?

why are you content with your lot while others feel so bitter?

News / What do Polish friends think of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton? [226]

an insightful article Carol, thanks for posting it.

an obvious interpretation is that of a disenfranchised section of society, bitter at the neglect their adopted country has shown them in favour of those who are pro-active in demanding recognition

an alternate interpretation is that of a section of society which has failed to integrate and suceed, despite being in america for generations, hard working, educated and white

Life / The strangest things in Poland [468]

It's preferable to dig around your pockets and spend a minute and a half giving the cashier exact change, instead of them making change for you to speed the line along.

and then when you pay with a note the cashier says she has no change!

wtf i just watched pani babcia give you her entire life savings in coins
