Witaj,

I am an American citizen. I am trying to find out more about my Sinkula and Kieta family. are there any Kieta's or Sinkula's out there in Central Europe; perhaps in relation to me? or anyone who may know of any around?

I was born to a Sinkula who was married to a Kieta. We are from Wisconsin. My father was originally from Kewaunee County Wisconsin. My mother came from poland as a young girl. I have traced the family through Ellis Island. Also, I have a cousin who has traced some of the Kieta family tree.

well isn't this ironic. i have an uncle David Sinkula. he was one of six boys and one girl of Helen [Kieta] and Arthur Sinkula. They too are from Wisconsin. My mother told me just now that my Grandfather Arthur Sinkula had brothers from other parts of Wisconsin. Ultimately they trace from Czech Republic and Poland.
