Szewczyk, Toczko/Toczek, Kurzydlo family from Wara POLAND

Does anyone know if the following is a name of a store and an address. Is there any way to look up this store if its still there?

I believe Htudno is the town next to Nozdrzec. Also I have a Polish language translator on my computer, it has helped me translating a lot of e-mail, some documents, and sending also. I also have an article pertaining to church documents with common words found on them. If I can help I would be glad to.

ok so my last name is Szewczyk (pronounced Chef Check) and my dad told me that it meant Shoemaker...I dont know if he was just messing with me or if thats what it really means...if it means anything I would like to know what.

what does mean THE FAMILY NAME "szewczyk"
