Is there McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut etc in Poland? Food survey.

I really like their barbecue sauce for some bizarre reason.


Birmingham may have the largest population if you don't count "Greater Manchester" as being Manchester, but Manchester is much more important, especially culturally - when was the last time a "youth culture" was developed in Birmingham, for example? Yeah, exactly!

I like both regions, but whereas Birmingham is just a larger version of Bradford or Leicester (i.e. mostly snoozeville), Manchester is more like a smaller version of London but without the stuck-up attitude :)

i love the small shops/newsagents in gdansk. it's like a convenience store and a deli all in one! in my country, only posh people can buy stuff from a deli - for real.

My friend from Poland said most people in Poland can't afford McDonalds. He said they are expensive compared to Polish restaurants. And yes he is planning to move to Australia and his dream is to eat at McDonalds 3 times a day!

I believe you, everybody on here says they hate Mickey D`s yet theyre springing up across Europe like Hotcakes.

Mickey's is fine 2 - 3 times a week tops.

2 - 3 times a day, Houston we have a problem. Taco Bell can be healthy if you get a chicken taco as it has a lot of lettuce and tomatoes.

I dont know whether people are skinnier in Poland or not, my friend is skinny though.

I'd love to send him Bigmac meal vourchers if possible lol cause he absolutely love it more than anything else that can be eaten!

I wouldnt say thats true, Mc D's is always busy. One thing i have noticed is that many Poles buy loads of normal small hamburgers and cheeseburgers as they seem to have special offers on those. If you ask for a Big Mac or 1/4 pounder its usually made fresh as they dont sell that well thuse it hasnt been sat in the hot cupboard for ages and tastes better than usual.

i would kill for a big mac. cant afford it tho. for the price of one burger i can live for 5 days eating potatoes

it's true. but if you live in a big city which is visited by rich American tourists who can afford Mcdonalds you can root through the rubbish in Mcdonalds restaurant. That's how i get MC food. Because i think American cuisine is the best in the world:)
