Pani_Polska - | 89 27 Apr 2009 / #2Not corn syrup, no. My uncle makes his own sausage in Poland and he doesnt use sugar or corn syrup. I dont like kielbasa anyway (*gasp*!) but I'd say its not traditional or authentic if corn syrup is in it. Maybe as a preservative? Sounds no good.
