Kiełbasa - What can I do with it to make it taste nice?

I was recently given some kiełbasa. I'm not a big sausage lover anyway and eaten au naturel it just seems to be just fatty and smokey nothingness.

Any ideas? Or should I just chuck it away?

Grill it and eat with good spicy mustard or make Bigos.

Give it to the dog and take yourself of for a decent curry

There is more than one kind of Polish sausage...you should try a few till you find one you like.....i love them grilled over an open fire with a bit of mustard and some bread....not forgetting the Polish beer.....

I haven't seen this in the UK,

It is rather expensive in the USA and addictive. I only use it with kielbasa but many use it as a steak sause.

I prefer Spanish, German and French sausage, Polish just didn't do it for me....but the mustard does make it a little bit more paletable....

Ok, this evening I will grill it, smother it in french mustard and eat with baked beans. Wish me luck. Keep posting your suggestions, I will try something else tomorrow.
