The qualifications of a Polish doctor

I am slightly confused.

When a doctor qualifies as a general practitioner in Poland what letters are they having after their name and what do they mean?

If we say Dr PolskaDoll what would be the letters of a GP who hadn't practised elsewhere?

Thank you. :)

It's "Lek. med." and if he did his doctorate it should be "Dr n. med."

I think maybe lekarz medycyny is correct but Dr is more common getting.

I got my qualification in the UK so can I use these letters in PL or not?

MB ChB MRCGP DRCOG DCH MSc

They all come after my name as in Dr Technika MB ChB MRCGP DRCOG DCH MSc
