So after UK it USA's turn?

Kick your corrupt leader's ass and start to change the situation in your home country rather then running every where for bucks

They refused your visa because you were applying for the wrong kind.
They- knowing you are american - refused it because if you wanted your gf to get a usa visa you should have applied for engagement visa instead, and they would most likely give it to you without any problem.

That kind of visa though, is given and you have 3 months to marry.

If you apply for a tourist visa you NEVER EVER say you go there because of a partner.
Your visa will be always refused in this case.

Hope it helps.

I agree with you. I'm Polish and live in UK. I blame only people who overstayed their visas and live there illegally. Oh well what can we do. Just keep trying. :)

That makes you an ill informed Wise and Otherwise i.e. Balderdash.

My nice and nephew both got 10 years visa (multiple entry). I sent them invitation letter, the I-134 form and all my banks, employment data, everything. My sister contacted some agency in Warsaw and applied for tourist visa (never used my invitation) and both kids got visas. They were 16 and 19 year old. I was shocked. I was sure they would not get it even with my support but they got 10 year visas with no income, nothing holding them back in Poland.
Please help

Apply for a K-1 visa.
All you have to do is say you want to marry her and have 10K in liquid assets to prove that you can support her when she gets here. That will get her a three month visa.

Also the U.S. Embassy has a lotto that you throw your name into and they draw so many per year that they
grant visa's to just because.
There are many ways to get into the U.S.A. both legally and illegally.
About the only way that she will be allowed to stay legally though is to marry her.
Get her her citizenship after three years and divorce her unless you love her.
There are many ways to do it if you really want it.
It just takes time and money.
The quickest legal way is to go to Poland and marry her.
In doing so she will be back here in the U.S.A. with you in about 18 months or less.
Good luck.

Please post the next one you see that says that.
The truth is that it is easier now then ever to get a visa into the U.S.A.
The hardest and most discriminated are the women from Central and South America, not Poland.
It is almost impossible for them to get a visa into the U.S.A.
So.......they just walk across the border and come illegally.
The Republicans turn their heads because it means cheap labor and the Democrats turn their heads
because it means another vote.
Pure politics not to shut down the U.S. borders.
