'There is a DEFINITE prejudicial system in getting Visas for former East block.. I just don't know why

when i read your post, you looked like you were here in the USA trying to get all sorts of people visa's to the usa, some of them being illegal. i posted accordingly because trust me man, you wouldn't be the first person on this forum that just can't understand why the process is so hard, all the while having no business being here.

if you're legit, my apologies. btw, what is your job title.....do you work for the USCIS or something?

There is a DEFINITE prejudicial system in getting Visas for former East block.. I just don't know why

The Euro zone wants cheap labor for themselves. So they tell the US no visa's for East Block.

lol lithuanians have visa waiver:))

there are a few sides to that argument, though. how many Lithuanians have the means to pack up their life and move to the USA, find a Lithuanian community that will eventually supply them with work, resources, social circles.....ask any American where there are Polish communities, at the very least Brooklyn and Chicago will come to mind.....but Lithuanians? What's a Lithuanian? Is that in Europe?

it's been covered a hundred times on this thread........but again, you must at the very least consider the possibility that Poland's government is the driving force against Poles getting visa free travel to the USA.

. how many Lithuanians have the means to pack up their life and move to the USA,

By now? About half of their country.

ask any American where there are Polish communities, at the very least Brooklyn and Chicago will come to mind.....but Lithuanians? What's a Lithuanian? Is that in Europe?

Is that even argument? The point is many Lithuanians if pressed can communicate in Polish or Russian, so there have other options available to them.

There is about 4,000,000 Lithuanians in total. Can you tell how many of those overstays their visa/ Nope -there is no such numbers available - right?

There are must be some other factor that left Poles excluded from the VWP and Lithuanians included, with all countries of the region.I find it odd, for you it seems to make a perfect sense. Why?

but again, you must at the very least consider the possibility that Poland's government is the driving force against Poles getting visa free travel to the USA.

Yeah, maybe, grasping at straws. Polish government is worried about people emigrating to the USA and at the same time is not worried about the same people emigrating to others countries in Europe.

Given a fact that Polish government do not give a dice about Polish people your argument is you in desperation bringing arguments from bottom of the barrel..

There is lobbing against Poland at play - simple!

Except that Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Estonia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovenia all have access to the visa waiver scheme.

Could you at least perhaps try to be a little bit more informed about Europe in the future?

are you suggesting that the Polish government simply "didn't care" when millions of Poles ran to Great Britain as soon as the borders opened up? you obviously need a refresher course on how socialized countries operate.

I'm not suggesting, I'm saying it. The Polish government was happy to lower unemployment in Poland.

Poland's unemployment rate as of September 2012 was 12.4%, or roughly 5 million people. Are you saying that if another 3 million unemployed people left Poland to live elsewhere, Poland would gladly pack their bags because it will lower the unemployment rate?

Yes. Especially in economically deprived areas - places like Walbrzych would benefit incredibly from the reduction of the burden on social services.

Wow, can anyone show me an example of a country, which was developing well while expelling own people abroad ? It's not that when you have 3 million unemployed and 1 million leave, there are 2 million left. Domestic market is shrinking then, so in result much more than 2 million are left. Otherwise governments around the world would do hardly anything else than thinking how to make own people emmigrate.

No, Poland is not the USA. Unemployeds in Poland don't lead a consumerist life. You are way off the real life in Poland if you don't know that.

Nonsense. First of all people are not unemployed forever, thousands of those, who left Poland would have been business owners employing others had they stayed. Do you really that stupid to think that unemployemnt will not be a problem anymore in Poland If 2 million more are pushed out ?

You've got to be kidding me.

Utter rubbish. In Poland it's not time for business. Stop that naive thinking, please. In Poland people are unemployed for years! Longer someone is unemployed less likely one will find a job. In really it's better solution to emmigrate both for the country and the very person. Haven't you read about dissapointment people who return from emmigration saw in Poland? It was widely covered in media 2-3 years ago. People who had jobs and good life in GB returned because they started missing Poland, to find themselves unemployed.

Do you really that stupid to think that unemployemnt will not be a problem anymore in Poland If 2 million more are pushed out ?

I'm not stupid, I just know the reality. Even if people who have jobs leave it's good, unless they have some rare specialist trade, which won't be easly covered. The only negative thing about emigration was observed in 2007, when it was hard to find an electrican or plumber. Otherwise there would be all positives for the country.

No, emigration is not good for any country. It is bad that people must emigrate from their country but what is disgusting is a government who is doing nothing to stop that. Such government should be exposed as traitors and saboteurs and hanged!

Reality of exploitation and corruption, you mean? that reality should be changed!Guilty should be punished and new policy of development and investment should be implemented.

Reality is not given - you know! But then you are voting PO - right? so maybe you don't know.

What grudge? Telling how it is! It is not my job to know what to do! I'm not part of the government nor the opposition. Why would I spend my time and money looking for informations which government is getting on the silver plater and plan when they can hire any expert that want to provide answers.

Why would I do that? Say I would do it and come with solutions ready, do you think they would implement it?nah, and you know that... Why are you asking fools questions then?

Government and politicians are not Godsend they are there to provide solutions and make things work for the benefit of all citizens of the country. when they fail they should be-kicked out....They are getting paid and when they do not deliver they should leave.

simple!

You could come with it just for my interest. Maybe I learn something from you, broaden my horizons :)

If you did that then maybe you'd know what's possible and what not.
The problem is also the society. Sometimes beneficial and long perspective reforms are paintful for the society, so paintful that they won't even risk losing of the support.

Of course it is not developing well. You misunderstood my post. I don't agree with a guy, who's saying that more Poles levaing the country would be somehow "good for Poland".

You can start by asking him how he's doing living as a Polish emigre in England.

Its not tough, just you have to gain the knowledge about all policy and factors that included to get Visa approval. It is better you visit the USCIS website which can help you to get all details. Be very sure about the documents and ready for person interview as US Embassy prefers interview in all cases. Also you can contact Immigration Lawyer from USA in case you want to be pretty sure about visa approval.
