Great, but can you tell me why would you have 40 varieties of pierogi?
We Poles can think of maybe four types, so what gives? Is America that bizzarre now? Are there jerked pierogies or pierogies ala mode?

The thing is that a certain dish that has been made for centuries is that certain dish. Kapish? No, you can't add pineapple to it.

Meh, denialism.

PS, I can order some brisket pierogi for you in secret if you're afraid of word getting around..

Fine, I'll just call them brisket dumplings.

No Polish influence at all, straight out of my noggen.

But really, how about a list of those 40 types of pierogi?

kapujesz?!

Ah, too late :( I'll come up with a witty response later :)

What's wrong with a little new American spin on a traditional Polish food? He is only selling them in the US, after all.

It would be good to see a menu list.

And he gotta get with the shipping though. I live just an hour from where he is and that's too far to go on a food run.

I can think of pierogi z mięsem, z serem, ruskie(radzieckie), i chyba z kapustą i grzybami. If you want to make Polish food, make Polish food.

FOR THE LAST TIME, THE PLURAL OF PIERÓG IS PIERÓGI, NOT PIEROGIES.

gah. If you're selling them, at least get the name right!

yeah, keep it in mind... Americans can't even eat original mexican food, it has to be tex-mex... even chinese food doesn't taste like chinese in the us...

stop butchering Polish pierogi!!! - let's organize a protest...

lol

I can think of pierogi z mięsem, z serem, ruskie(radzieckie), i chyba z kapustą i grzybami.

and with borowki or apples...that's all... some people make it with soft cooked meat...

Don't eat much sweet pierogi? What kind of cheese?

Like I said, just replace the word "pierogi" with American style Polish dumplings. Better?

The trick in correcting someone is that you have to be right. In this case, you are mistaken.

I don't either but many people do. I think it is ser biały(white cheese) and somewhat sweetened.
