The number of Anti-English Poles...

Don't worry about one frustrated user who was b1tching in this thread few months ago. Generally British people are very well perceived and Poles are nicely suprised how polite and tolerant is your society (despite the enormous influx of Polish workers).

Of course you will find some people who act like victims even if they have no reason to do it, but don't worry about them, just have a good day and don't let the miserable ppl ruin it! :)

I see quite a few Poles sporting English shirts here. They just like the big names, I guess. England will do the same in Euro 2012. A great qualifying campaign but struggle come the main event. Not so many shirts on display then.

Are you sure they're not just unusual Polish shirts?

Same colours! ; )

Well he might try and declare for Poland because he's not much use to England!

I am not anti-English though I think that the English exaggerated with their colonies once. And they shouldn`t have beheaded their king. It was awful.

I assume this to be entirely due to moderators! Nice job boys. Who's paying for this?

The moral of the story is that these businesses are cannibalizing their own markets. A flawed business model.

Very succinctly put.

There are a handful of idiots in every nation.

In this case, this is not about idiots. Poles most likely believe you guys are stealing their women, that's it, lol
Besides, maybe it's a general frustration. No job or a low paying job or just the kind of job they're doing.
It could be other things too, to be honest, too many to mention.

I guess it's one way to get your frustrations out LOL. But there is no need for racism from either side. Any Anti-Polish Brit's on here should be banned and visa-versa. I came on here primarily because I wanted to know more about Polish culture as Poles are now a big part of our society I thought it was only fair that I make an effort but I got side tracked and angry LOL.

Most people here are:
a) foreigners living in Poland
b) Americans of Polish descent or pol-ams
c) people who felt in love in some Pole or already are in relationship with a Pole.

Not many Poles here and too many trollish acts unfortunately. It's not a good place for setting your views on Poles...

The problem would be solved if the use of English was banned, and only Polish could be used. This would immediately reduce all these bandwidth-wasting African/Muslim/Arab/Asian trolls who are only looking for Polish women/Polish passports, and have no real interest in Poland.

But as this is a "Pol-Am" forum, that's never going to happen, for obvious reasons :D

I am beginning to realise that, any suggestions on a better site?

And what exactly have these "African/Muslim/Arab/Asian trolls" ever done to you?!

Try there :What is Polandian?
Polandian is a collaborative blog written by a mixed bunch who live and work in Poland. We love Poland and only gripe and complain when absolutely necessary - or when we feel like a laugh.
i

However if you want to discus with Poles. well, I don't know, there are forums in polish language.

Not to sound like a traitor to my own country people but alot of them are retards, i know all polish are not anti english. Many poles have come to england and flourished they work hard and come here to work, this may **** off english as they work harder than us, but they are good people most poles dont get me wrong you have some losers in all countrys but in my expirence the losers in the polish race are a minorty in comparison to the majority. Their values are spot on and the english press spend time persucuting poles because they are white, blacks and Pakistanis dont get persecuted to the same extent as poles and they deserve it.

Polish people travel to other countries to earn money and send it back to their families home, or to move back hopefully with more money later in life.. they don't move their to assimilate to other countries. We are secure with our culture and very proud of our country so we don't want to assimilate.

adski has got it right the English press pick on Poles or other Eastern European because they are white.

I am a Scot living in England for nearly 20 yrs and i still feel like a stranger yes I'm British but it's a different culture and even i have been told a few times to f off back to my own country, saying that the last one who said it spent a week in hospital with head injuries.

Good on the Polish or anyone else who wants to make a living, it's their money they can do what they like with it smoke it, wipe their arse or send it home who cares.

The real problem is the English and to a certain extent the other members of the union are pissed at how they have let various governments and themselves let their countries lose their way, nobody is happy with what they have got.

saying that the last one who said it spent a week in hospital with head injuries.

Good of you to not perpetuate the racist stereotype of Scots as violent bigotted alcoholics.

The real problem is the English

Not at all how Scotland expects England to pay its bills and then Scottish MPs vote through things which the English don't want and will have no effect on Scotland?

yes I'm British but it's a different culture

Correct,less secterianism and far less random violence....ie;

last one who said it spent a week in hospital with head injuries.

yes.....now are you quite sure you were not fighting with your own reflection in a shop window?

The real problem is the English

No,the real problem is whingers who wouldnt fit in in a room full of their own clones....

Harry, you are well off-topic here and such talk is better placed on a British forum.

fcuk sake, who made you moderators pet? do you post them a polished apple once a week?

Has anyone noticed the large number of anti-English Polish guys in the UK? I had come across a few down South that stated that they hated England and English people.

I think you're either trying to stir up hatred or you've met a few idiots that were bitter about actually having to work in England, thinking they'd just throw Pounds at them at the airport. Most of my friends from back in Poland are in Ireland or England not one said anything negative about the people.

Poles and English, something that should bring those two fine peoples closer together

a distinct disdain and lack of respect for "rules", a commanality shared By Poles and English, something that should bring those two fine peoples closer together in a world increasingly dominated by Sino-Germanic Rulz is Rulz befahl ist befahl types...

Heh:)
You missed the news then?

YOU ARE GERMANS!!! :):):)

I'm nobody's pet, isthatu2. Best remember that and best stay on topic. I tell people what they need to know. If they don't like it then they can tell me to my face and see how far that gets them.

Britain is currently enjoying a hot spell and that makes people happier. The incidences of sniping at other country's people reduces as the feelbad factor slips away. Therefore, I don't think you will see so many jabs at Poles from the English.

I also feel that many Poles like England as they love wearing England football shirts :)

Like many Brits, Daisy, yes. However, it doesn't change the fact that many enjoy the coastal resorts and Britain enjoys the advantage of being an island. I know many Poles that travel from the south of Poland right up to the north just to experience the coast. Many Poles tend to enjoy it so they will feel happier and less inclined to hit out.

Relax mate,I am not trying to offend English people. Can't you take a little joke?

Germany sold the bombs back but for a 100 dollars a piece.

ditto to this nugget of info too, in my now disapeared post i said,I did not know that,wow....
Ah well, same old same old ................

So,anyways, like I said, plenty of Polish tourists wandering around amongst the germans and americans and spanish italians scots,scousers..nah,that last one was a lie.....around York today, maybe they were as amused as I was by the weird similarity of a street there that looks just like ul Florianska in Krakow? :)
