No tail at all? I was thinking baby grey wolf but I'll rule that out then.They are also mammals, so a definite no. LIke Kaprys, I was also thinking about birds, it looks to be like a giant chick, but one that looks to be the size of a large cat?

Yes, it is a fur garment, namely a cap. When I come back home, I will show it in action.

Arrggh!! When I first saw it, I thought it looked like a fur throw or similar, but then I thought there's no way that you would be that deceptive. I was wrong!!!

A cap or a hat, I never know.

Whenever they come to us from another city, they bring their dog cause he can`t stay alone in the apartment. We have two cats and one of them is extremely hostile to canines, so there is always hissing followed by an attack and the dog, whining, ends up on my bed which is sort of asylum.

When we went to visit them 7 years ago, I decided to play a practical joke on the dog, by pretending I brought a cat with us. He was scared again and we all had a lot of fun.

Pipes are to 'smoke' crack with Pawian.
You can however snort crack but you don't get the whack off it you do if you smoke it.
Father Ted said that smoking crack is a short intense high while snorting it the high last longer but not as intense.

No, otherwise we would be able to read the plaques and it would be too easy.

So, it isn`t easy as I thought before, being such an optimist. The whole monument is probably located in a brick corridor. The plaques on the walls commemorate heroes of WW2. I have seen hundreds of such plaques in Polish churches. However, googling church with such a monument brings zero results. I also checked two museums made of brick, Modlin and Cytadela, both in Warsaw area.

The eagle reminds a few independence eagles used on monuments around Poland. But the whole thing, especially those soldiers, doesn`t look so artistic and worth being made of expensive marble. It must be a cheaper material. But it`s not a temporary object, as the main plaque, which displays a cross medal and the slogan God Honour Motherland, is worn out.

All in all, I have to beg for a hint. But not too easy one, say it as a riddle. :)

E.g., if it is Poznań, you could say: it is located in a city where Queen Wanda didn`t dive into the Vistula River. Then I will know I should exclude all cities on Wisła banks.

I have run out of time as I have to get to work, but for now, I will say that that you can exclude all cities on Vistula banks ;)

The monument is in a brick building, but not in a corridor. You are correct in that it's not a temporary object. More later :)

One question - does the monument commemorate Polish heroism/deeds etc in general or is it devoted to one particular hero? I can decipher the ending SKIE in the plaque and it suggests sth general, e..g, SwiętokrzySKIE Province pays tribute to etc.
