It looks too silvery and shiny to be an egg, gall stone or even the femoral head of a thigh bone. So, I'm not sure. By the way, shouldn't this riddle be under your "Food in photo riddles" thread instead or is that part of the riddle too?

I can see a filleting knife,but I still have no idea what that's suppose to be.Some kind of glands?Maybe egg sacks,though I've never seen any like that.

Those must come from a big fish,because I never seen any that big.I only gutted Cod and sometimes Halibut.

I'm thinking the egg sacks.When I use to gut,we did it so fast that tbh I never paid close attention,but that looks more like the egg sacks.
