Can I enter first to Poland having a Czech visa?

Could I enter China on a Pakistani visa?

Once its Schengen visa

You can travel within the 15 countries (tourist visa only)

So which do you have a Schengen visa or a Czech visa?

If you have a Czech visa it is not valid anywhere else, even if traveling within the Schengen area. I don't think there is any body/country that issues a Schengen Visa, just national specific ones for Non-EU citizens.

I know of an Iraqi who had a student visa for Poland. He traveled by train to Denmark and was arrested while returning through Germany. Spent 2 weeks in a German jail before being deported to Iraq, and had to pay for a flight to get back to Poland. Think he was told he would have trouble ever getting back into Germany again too.

As far as I know there is nothing like Czech visa. If you are going to any country in Schengen zone you will receive a schengen visa and you can travel any other countries in the zone with your visa. (Especially for tourist visa it shouldn't be a problem at all).

There used to be one exception for D-type work & study long term visas (this Iraqi student most probably had problem about this). but the law changed for it now non-EU people also can travel to other Schengen countries who holds D-TYPE visa.

There can exceptions in nationality base so it is better to ask to the embassy

Some useful reading...

There _is_ such thing as national long stay visa.

From the document above:

Example: a Ukrainian national is staying in Spain on the basis of national long stay visa. He
wishes to return to Ukraine by car via France, Germany and Poland.
The Ukrainian national should apply for a visa at a French consulate in Spain (cf. point
2.3.2).23

Schengen visa

Then its "tourist" visa so yes you can.

By the way, China and Pakistan locates in totally different areas.

They're still two different countries as are Poland and Czech republic...maybe I should have said China and India - both nextdoor to each other..No?

There _is_ such thing as national long stay visa.

This is why I asked if it was a Schegen visa which is a short stay tourist visa, the OP stated they had a "Czech visa, if that had been the case then the visa is specifically for that country.

Once its Schengen visa

Schengen visa

You should have been clear in your first post and you would have received the correct information.

It seems she is on a Tourist visa so it will not be a problem for her.

It is a little bit confusing. What does this link mean then ?

There WAS such thing as C+D visas (Schengen short stay + national long stay). AFAIK it was issued before Apr 5, so there is a lot of such visas still valid.

It is a little bit confusing. What does this link mean then ?

For me, it looks like that holders of modern equivalent of former D type visa now granted same rights as holders of former C+D.
