Hello friends.

Anybody knows if there are scholarships for non-EU students for English-taught programs at Polish universities?

Those students who got very good grades during the first year of their studies can get scholarships for the second and third year?

Thanks in advance

This may be irrelevant, but some time ago I was also searching for Polish universities for my Canadian friend, who wanted to study in English for free. Unfortunately, I couldn't find such a university in Poland. But to my surprise, Talinin technical university in Estonia is offering courses for free. He had already applied for the masters program there, I suggest you may also hurry up if that suits your requirements. Good luck!

Not anymore you can't - the funding will all change as part of Erasmus for all. I'm not sure there were ever such scholarships for non-EU citizens - unless they came as part of a partnership with a non-EU university.

Basically - no.

I know that Ukrainian, Turkish and Syrian citizens for example could do Master studies in some universities in Europe for free thanks to this scholarship 2 years ago.

@Monitor: like you say yourself, 2 years ago. Since then a lot of bad things have happened to the UE and all budgets have been reduced so non-EU citizens should stop dreaming. Do Turkey, Ukraine ou Bengladesh subsidize UE youth? No, they don't and so the UE does not subsidize youth from other countries either. I can understand why some people always expect a free lunch. European subsidies come from tax paid by European citizens, let us not forget!

I can't ....

Even so Germany still offers free studies for not EU students. I think they're getting more and more popular, because I've read that in Berlin 30% of 1st year students are foreigners.
